Cheapest price!
Did a comparison on trip advisor and this was the cheapest price by far. Also took advantage of the 5% quidco cashback which tracked straight away! No problems at all and good service!

Dream holiday to Florida
The website appeared easy to use and before long we had found our dream holiday to celebrate my wife's 50th. Unfortunately due to a glitch, the site wouldn't allow me to complete the booking. I called the number, as requested, and eventually after a 5 minute wait was answered by a very helpful lady called Holly. We went through the booking but there was a problem and she needed to talk to a supervisor so I was put on hold. Ten minutes later, I was cut off. Eventually, she called me back and it appeared that the holiday had increased in price, but only by about £30, so we booked.
This all sounds negative, but taking into account the economic situation of Brexit and the currency market going mad, the people at Low Cost Holidays were honest and extremely helpful and we would use them again.

0 Stars - first time i've booked with Low Cost Holidays and will be the last!
I booked hotel accommodation at the Il Palazzin hotel for 27.08.16-04.09.16 in Qawra, Malta then received an email a week later saying there had been a "glitch" and the booking with the hotel hadn't been made. I spoke to customer services who were of no help whatsoever and were basically laughing at me and just kept telling me to accept a refund and saying they had no alternative accommodation for these dates available, however they were still offering the same accommodation I booked for the same dates and still are (as at 14.07.16) for an extra £400.00 cost. It seems that they take bookings and then if they get a lot of interest they cancel people's bookings where they've paid less, very shady indeed. Beware!

I'm truly sorry to hear what has happened to you. I can imagine it's causing you an inconvenience, however I can assure you this is not our standard practise. We aim to provide the highest level of customer care and only on a very rare occasion like this system glitch we're unable to confirm the reservation. We do our best to look for some suitable alternatives, unfortunately in this case there was nothing else apart from a full refund that can be offered here.
Also, I apologise for your confusion caused by the deal which is still available on our website. We work on a live system and prices visible are the current one - during the high season they may fluctuate pretty quickly.
I see we've already processed with a full refund for you and I hope you'll receive it shortly. Please accept my sincere apologise for your disappointment with our service.

Holiday price
Easy to do the booking. But was very disappointed to receive a notification after booking from another provider and this was £200 approx cheaper. Through lowcost holidays was suppose to be just.....
