Easy peasy
Tried a few cheap online holiday sites for a last minute get away! Well I had hell... Saw unbelievable prices until I phoned and heard about the extras the flight times the transfers etc etc! I nearly gave up!
Low cost holidays but me in charge from dates duration board basis... Then I could alter my flights destination board basis baggage and transfers to my budget as on the right hand part of my screen kept me up to date to the penny with no hidden surprises other sites gave me!
I will never book with anyone else and even started looking for next years trips with low cost holidays because you are in control for your own holiday at last!

Excellent service

Getting worse !!!
I have booked 2-3 holidays a year with low cost holidays over the last 5 years and of late it has been the most stressful and time consuming time ever experienced booking online holidays I am seriously considering moving to another company

Brilliant customer service
Spoke to an adviser called Alex, he was very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He was very clued up on what he had to offer which made our decision so easy. Would recommend service in a heartbeat.

Simple and easy process, the app is awesome
Booked my trip to Marrakech via lowest holidays, I found the process to be simple and straight forward. The app is really cool and you can view your trip summary etc. Defenitly recommend it

Pricing
I paid by credit card and incurred a surcharge. I did not like the fact that the total price said 'incl. surcharge' The surchage is additional. A better wording would be 'plus surcharge'. This would give a true indication of the total price paid.
