Timely delivery, good offer all good!

The ordering was easy as we knew what we wanted, the enxt day freed delivery was more than I expected and was faultless. Very efficient and I am very happy with this company.

Absolutely fantastic experience buying with London Luggage and will definitely be back. I had ordered a Brics duffle bag for my husband as a birthday gift, which arrived up to Scotland in 2 days. Usually when delivery says 2 days, especially up to Scotland I’m like ‘yeah right!’ But there it was within the timeframe!

Unfortunately the bag I ordered was too big, so quickly emailed customer services where lovely Abbie responded the next day, saying not a problem and just to return the item (it had been personalised with a tag, so I was really worried that retuning the item was going to be an issue) however nothing to worry about I kept the tag obviously and I was sent through the DPD link via email to make my return. Also as I was just wanting a smaller hold-all they waved the return fee as I have ordered the new smaller hold-all in its place.

I was thrilled with the experience from start to finish. I just feel that they know what good customer service is and how valuable it is to their customers.
On an other note; They have some great products/big branded names perfect for those on the move a lot and perfect for gifting and sometimes they have a 10% promotion on - well done LL team!

Delivery was very good! The company does exactly what it’s said. They are very reliable and I would definitely order their products again.

Customer Service is excellent

The suitcase came very quickly, in its original packaging, and nicely presented. The purchasing and receiving was easy, and faff free. And I got a little sales discount and a free umbrella. I would happily use London Luggage again.

A very prompt & reliable service supplying an excellent product at a competitive price. Given the range of products and standard of service it not really worth considering going any where else .

This is the first time I’ve used this company and everything from ordering to receiving my luggage was great. The only slight issue was one of the boxes was slightly damaged but all items were fine and nothing missing and it could have happened in transit. It wouldn’t put me off using this company again hence the 5 star review.

Goods excellent………but delivery driver delivered to wrong house, and took a totally non identifying photo as proof of delivery !

London Luggage are fantastic. I’ve ordered a backpack & wheeled case from them over the last few months & got them both for a very good price with 10% discount. In both transactions the items were delivered very promptly. Would definitely use LL again.
