Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 75 reviews, most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. However, many customers express significant dissatisfaction with the service and product quality. Consumers frequently encounter issues with their orders, including incorrect or unadvertised items, and problems with medication dispensing. The delivery service is a major concern, with many experiencing delays, lost parcels, or issues with product condition upon arrival. Customer service is often described as poor, with reports of unresponsiveness, lack of follow-up, and difficulty resolving issues. Some people also felt that the company's reliance on specific couriers like Evri contributed to delivery problems and overall frustration. Disappointed. Very short (11 months) ‘use by’ date on Altruist SPF50 sun spray. Ordering and delivery service was good although default courier is Evri. I opted to pay a bit extra for Royal Mail.... See more

SHL London please change from Lloyds Pharmacy as your online prescription provider as they are incompetent

In conjunction with SHL London, this company is paid to fulfil prescriptions for STI's.
If you still want to be waiting 2 weeks later for them to dispatch your medication, having spoken to them twice over the phone regarding the same query and then being told that you still have to wait while they review things, by all means use this absolutely awful, dreadful, waste of time and energy company for your online prescriptions. Otherwise go to your local sexuual health clinic and pick up your prescription there.
Just as well the STI I have isn't life changing or threatening because Lloyds Pharmacy online wouldn't give a hoot.
I strongly suggest to Sexual Health London (SHL) to review your contract with Lloyds Pharmacy as soon as it is up for renewal and give your lucrative contract to a Pharmacy that can actually sort out the prescriptions for your customers and ensure they receive them in a timely fashion.
Lloyds Pharmacy has got to be the worst online prescription provider I have ever come across.

WEGOVY AND EVRI

Please please read all reviews and don’t go near this company! I have been waiting for my Wegovy and it’s been with the couriers for over 4 days, Evri has 0 customer support and has said the same thing everyday that they will deliver my parcel between 7.30 and 8.30pm and then changes to 8-9pm. I have tried to contact Evri and get grammatical errors on the email response. And when I contact Lloyds pharmacy it’s practically the same, the first 3 paragraphs and cut and paste and they manage to just say words without meaning anything.

This is so frustrating and stressful, and have absolutely no care. It’s so sad, I really thought I’d found the perfect place. PLEASE don’t do this especially if you are ordering Wegovy, I can’t imagine the stress of waiting for your next months injections and having a gap between shots.

Getting worse by the month!

I made a one-off online order request on the 3rd Jan '23, took a month for the online Doctor to approve it, and a further month for Evri to deliver it. In this time, Lloyds trid to sneak in a £42 monthly subscription plan. Never asked for it, Never agreed to it, Lloyds just assumed it, than expected me to manage or cancel it. This outfit is getting worse by the month. First, they closed Pharmacy collection, then they closed the Pharmacys and now its all home delivery by Evri.

Online Dr will judge you now

Absolutely useless service.
Requested triptans for migraines - one pack only - answered all the questions including who diagnosed me with migraines (neurologist)
Without following up with any questions, my request was denied and I was told to see my gp (who has already diagnosed me) as there could be something wrong. Also told taking triptans too frequently can also cause migraines (I have only taken them once before years ago yet this made me sound like a drug addict)
All of it could have been cleared up with a couple of questions as I have had migraines for 2 decades and they have been investigated thoroughly, instead I now have to find an alternative pharmacy who will hopefully not make me feel awful for requesting pretty standard meds

Service is appalling and in no way…

Service is appalling and in no way suited to be a pharmacy. They use cheap couriers with long delivery times and will only attempt delivery on days that suit them.

I have been waiting weeks for my prescription and spend days complaining to Llyods Pharmacy and Evri. The amount of time I have spent trying to get my prescription is a joke.

I would advise people to use other pharmacy providers with next day delivery.

Ordered on Lloyds Pharmacy online…

Ordered on Lloyds Pharmacy online doctor page using my account. They took the money straight away from my credit card ( £205) however, since then I am locked out of the online account. I can see there is some message there but I cannot access my account past that point.
Have been calling their customer service number- no one is picking the phone. There is no email contact for IT / account support. Finally today, I pretended to be another pharmacist and press that option and managed to speak with customer service but they say they cannot help. I asked for a refund - that the money is returned to my credit card which I used for the payment, however, he was insisting he can’t do that because the account is in the name of my husband, even though is registered under my email address and I paid with my own credit card for the order. So, he can’t do anything and they are holding my money and no order, the account is blocked and no IT email help is available. This has turned into a nightmare and I can’t get refund to my own credit card with which the order was paid. No one to turn to - only the phone they don’t pick up.

Shocking

Shockingly unprofessional pharmacy based ar the Royal London Hospital, which is clearly reliant on the trade that it receives from the Hospital's in and out patients. Unclear signage on where to queue (you drop the prescription at one counter and collect from another). I was given a ticket and told the waiting time was 40 minutes, everything was manual so I had no idea where I fell in the queue. During my wait, I witnessed one of the technicians being extremely rude and argumentative with one of the patients. She was completely unprofessional and childish and this is not what one would expect from a healthcare 'professional' in a medical setting. Furthermore, as you can see beyond the counter, the technicians were sharing personal jokes and laughing and giggling. When it was my turn to collect the medication (over an hour later), the same technician who had argued with the patient before was rude and abrupt. There doesn't seem to be any channel to make a complaint, hence why I'm leaving a review here. Thankfully my visit was a one off.

Missing Order. No help.

Paid over £100 for medication that I never received. When I tried to get in contact with them to find out where my order is, I received an automated email and a phone number that doesn't appear to actually work.

Lies

Purchased a product online. They confirmed the sale via email. 3 days later a refund appeared in my account. When I asked why they said out of stock. I checked for the product elsewhere and realised by the prices that they had massively underpriced it in the 1st place and decided to withdraw from an agreed sales contract by telling lies. I challenged them and was ignored. Lies from a pharmacy! Would you trust your medical needs to this lot? Lesson learned, steer clear.

Waste of time

Waste of time. The app says they sent the prescription to my gp last week. Just called the surgery today and they’ve only just received it so now I won’t get my medication in time.

On line ordering

Ordered a heart rate monitor from Lloyds online, which arrived with a 2 year garantee.

During its gaurantee period it went faulty, so i
e mailed Lloyds pharmacy and no reply forthcoming.

So i have returned the heart rate monitor, along with receipt and returns form with all my details on and explaining the issues.

I have proof of posting, which is dated 19th December 2023, still no communication or refund offered from Lloyds pharmacy.

I have emailed them again to chase this issue up, will wait to see if this encourages any response.

Since my reveiw above, Lloyds pharmacy has e mailed and stated that their e mail system was experiancing "technical isses" and could i e mail over proof of posting for returned item.

I have done this on the 11th Janary 2024, and followed up with another e mail asking for an update. I have received nothing in return.

This has been going on since last year, terrible customer service, they now have my returned item and not refunded me.

Time to take out a small claim against Lloyds pharmacy, expected better from them and will certainly not be using them again.
