Hayley, was contactable at any time, as I dont have my phone on me during work hours & could only check messages while on breaks, Hayley would always be available, even after hours. The questionaire that I filled out asking what I wanted from my bank account, mortgage etc helped get me the right loan, with offset account, & a great rate to go with it.
