The end product was excellent. The level of communication was extremely good. One time just to inform me that my old glasses had been received which was reassuring. The amount of options / choices available are excellent. Would I buy again? In a heartbeat.

£30 for new lenses when high street wanted to charge me £110. Quick enough service on the cheapest option too!
Would say get the extra coatings I wasn’t sure on the company to spend the extra but they’ve done a great job so wish I put the anti glare on now.

Wow . I was so sceptical of using an online optician to fit new lenses to my designer frames I need not have worried.

Does exactly what it says on the tin.
No problems, no delays. Everything has been as exactly as advertised. Top quality, speed and affordability.
That is a rarity these days!
They promised, they delivered. I'm super impressed.
My partner went to a local high street brand at the same time as I went to Lensology. He didn't want to 'take the risk'.
Mine were done and dusted in a week. 2.5 weeks later, he is still waiting on his glasses at the high street store. Needless to say, as he struggles on with his old glasses and waits, even he has said that next time he will be using Lensology!

I can only apologise for the error with your order.
I have emailed you personally to explain what went wrong and have also sent over a returns label so you can send the frames back to us for us to get this resolved.
It appears that the Barbour frame you sent to us for reglazing was incorrectly referenced as the PD measurement pair and therefore wasn’t reglazed. I can only apologise for this error and the inconvenience it has caused.
We will, of course, get this resolved for you. I have included a Royal Mail Tracked 24 return label in my email so you can get the frames back to us as soon as possible. Once received, I will personally ensure the order is dealt with and progressed as quickly as possible.

Fantastic service – my sunglasses look and feel like new!
I recently sent two pairs of sunglasses to Lensology to have the lenses replaced and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. The customer service was fantastic, responses were incredibly prompt, everyone was really helpful, and the entire process was so straightforward from start to finish. When my sunglasses were returned, they honestly looked and felt like new. The quality of the replacement lenses is excellent, and they had even tightened the arms on both pairs, which was such a lovely extra touch.
I’m genuinely so impressed with the service and quality. I’ll absolutely be using Lensology again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
