Part of order was missing , they sorted it out immediately , fantastic service and I will definitely be ordering from again

I’d accidentally ordered 2 of the same item as I was checking out, so I emailed to see if I could change my order to only buy the 1 item. A big thank you to Chioma who made this request possible with a rapid response to say the issue had been sorted!

Signed up to legend London as the products looked great. Got 3 shirts and they arrived quick and fit great. Branded packaging and felt premium.

The issue arose when one of the letters came off after a single wash. I used the online portal to explain what had happened and Chioma came back to me in less than a day assuring me this isn't the standard of all times and replaced it immediately.

The replacement arrived a day or 2 later and 3 T shirts are washing fine.

Great customers service! Excellent buying journey - sometimes everything doesnt go 100% to plan but Legend London smashed the response action.

I ordered 3 T-shirts got a large which is my usual size but came up a bit small tight around the arms/neck, legend london were brilliant i got a exchange quickly and got them in a xl and they fit perfectly will be ordering some more, thank you for a brilliant service

First I must say amazing customer service from Waqar, explained everything so well with great advice. These trousers are the best Ive ever worn. The hybrid and cinch range are absolutely spot on with a great fit and feel for everyday use, from office meetings to going out for an evening meal. I will definitely be ordering more and really excited to try some shirts next. Thank you Legend London.

I requested for a change of my size for my order and it was swiftly attended to and changed,thanks to Chioma

The grey coloured T-shirt seems to have issues with the thread in the sleeve. I’ve had two and both have come apart at the sleeve.
The others have been fine and are a good fit and look.
The service I’ve had from Chioma has been absolutely fantastic. Both T-shirts were replaced and Chioma’s communication was fantastic. 5 stars for Chioma but the grey T-shirts let the overall score down

Decent clothes although have to order up a size. The trouble is, they are always out of stock!! Been trying to get some hybrid shorts for 6 weeks and constantly no stock in my size! Will have to go elsewhere. They’ve lost my custom

Ordered the 3 for 2 on the T-shirts, what could possibly go wrong with that, 3 T-shirts all the same size, all the same design in 3 different colours, what turned up was completely wrong. How is it even possible to get this order wrong. Looking at the returns policy I can't even be bothered to send them back. The one I did order fits OK, very tight around the neck though so if you have a larger neck be aware.

Kathrina was very speedy and helpful with my returns and exchange orders.

Hasan was extremely helpful and resolved my issue very quickly. Great customer service, friendly, efficient and made the whole process easy. Highly recommend. 5 STARS!

Legend London T Shirts are of a very high quality material wise, the touch and feel of the garments are just right and the fit perfect. I bought a linen shirt and linen trousers. The trousers seem fine but the shirt arrived with a freyed collar. Not what I expect from new (unless that's what I paid for).

Not expensive but £30 nonetheless and better shirts are available for that price.

Got my order and I absolutely love it. I ordered the black suede trainers.
At first they sent the wrong colors but when I went to customer service I got swift response and quick replacement from Chioma.

I received great support after I had to return an item that unfortunately was just to small and got a little confused with the return system, Ervin replied to my email with all the help and support I needed to return the item for a refund ,thank you Ervin

Initially, I had some issues with the purchase and pricing, but Rania was quick to resolve this for me so I was subsequently very happy with everything. Will purchase more from them in the future.
