I have ordered a bunch of things like worth around £200 and it was two different deliveries so i have paid for delivery for both orders and returned some items from both orders because they weren’t fit properly, i kept one item from both orders, but i have paid around £20 for delivery and returns almost same price to a T-shirt! That’s a rip off, they should provide free delivery at least for orders over £100 and returns £5.85 for each order! Never order anything else because if it doesn’t fit or i don’t like it then i need to pay around £6 for return beside the delivery fees, i wasn’t happy with that at all! A big clothing brand can’t be bothered to offer free shipping or returns! I have bought a pair of shoes from Arneclo it was only £85 and free delivery and didn’t fit returned free of charge! So legend london making themselves rich over my and others pocket, that’s me beside thousands of people so i can’t imagine how much money they saved from that!

Excellent service throughout. Lei responded to my queries promptly and explained everything clearly in a friendly and helpful manner. Highly recommended.

I have been looking around for sometime now for clothing that is simple and fits my requirements.

Was going on holiday so wanted something that looked the part and I did not have to worry about what to wear.

So I decided to take the plunge with London Legend and bought 7 outfits as they had a good sale on that didn't really break the bank.

I must say I was impressed. Stretchy material, comfortable throughout the day. It just was a relaxed feeling.

I had a few issues with sizing but Lei (legend!) Helped so much to make sure i got my stuff in time for my holiday and cut through all the hassle and drama some online stores put you through.

10/10 for service from Lei

I actually feel obliged to buy more items from here. Can not fault London Legend great company to buy from.

I had an issue with my order because my parcel was unfortunately lost during transit. I contacted Legend London, and Kathleen responded incredibly quickly.
She investigated the situation with both Evri and GLS Italy, clearly explained what had happened, and immediately offered me a replacement or a full refund. I chose the replacement, and she promptly arranged a new shipment while also refunding my original shipping costs.
Kathleen was professional, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Even though the shipping issue was beyond the company's control, she handled everything with great care and made the experience completely stress-free.

Fantastic customer services - dealt with Rachael. Sorted an issue I had straight away and sent out a replacement. Got a couple of pairs of the hybrid trousers and they fit so nice, get so many compliments in them!

Absolutely brilliant company, on 2 separate occasions an offer hadn’t applied to my basket I had received. Both times they instantly refunded the difference. The items are brilliant quality. The customer service is fantastic. Got a customer for life

I had seen a few advertisements for these T-shirts and personally do not really like ordering offline without seeing the product first for quality and fit. However for the price I gave it a try, I went for the six basis T-shirt pack and they turned up today. Honestly I am genuinely shocked at the quality, colours and fit of these T-Shirts they are insane. They look and feel better than most of my “Branded” tees that cost 10x the price.
I messed up the order and noticed after checkout that some of the sizes selected had changed when going through the colour selection, I emailed to raise this and Chioma responded almost immediately and fixed my issue and also offered some information on other products that I enquired about.
Highly recommended giving Legend a try you won’t regret it.

I’d accidentally ordered 2 of the same item as I was checking out, so I emailed to see if I could change my order to only buy the 1 item. A big thank you to Chioma who made this request possible with a rapid response to say the issue had been sorted!

Signed up to legend London as the products looked great. Got 3 shirts and they arrived quick and fit great. Branded packaging and felt premium.

The issue arose when one of the letters came off after a single wash. I used the online portal to explain what had happened and Chioma came back to me in less than a day assuring me this isn't the standard of all times and replaced it immediately.

The replacement arrived a day or 2 later and 3 T shirts are washing fine.

Great customers service! Excellent buying journey - sometimes everything doesnt go 100% to plan but Legend London smashed the response action.

I ordered 3 T-shirts got a large which is my usual size but came up a bit small tight around the arms/neck, legend london were brilliant i got a exchange quickly and got them in a xl and they fit perfectly will be ordering some more, thank you for a brilliant service

First I must say amazing customer service from Waqar, explained everything so well with great advice. These trousers are the best Ive ever worn. The hybrid and cinch range are absolutely spot on with a great fit and feel for everyday use, from office meetings to going out for an evening meal. I will definitely be ordering more and really excited to try some shirts next. Thank you Legend London.
