I had a slight issue with my order, contacted the customer support and Kathleen was extremely understanding and helpful.
10/10 customer support!!

Initially, I had some issues with the purchase and pricing, but Rania was quick to resolve this for me so I was subsequently very happy with everything. Will purchase more from them in the future.

Lovely product I bought 2 jackets by mistake which I needed to return 1 for a larger size the other for a full refund they were so helpful QR code was sent to me such a simple way to send my package back I look forward to receiving my jacket in a larger size

I ordered 3 t-shirts through Legend London on the 25th of June. Although they looked and felt decent, they didn’t fit so I promptly returned them and according to Royal Mail they were received on the 30th of June (I had to pay for the return). Since then I have had no communication whatsoever, I did email regarding this but haven’t had a response as of yet but granted this was only 48 hours ago. Their website states that all returns will be processed within 15 working days, today is the 16th working day so to have not even received an acknowledgment of the return being received is slightly worrying. By the looks of the reviews on here, I am not the only one to have this issue so I would suggest Legend London employ more staff to deal with returns. 15 working days is a very long time to process a return but the lack of communication is just as concerning. In summary the t-shirts are ok and were dispatched in good time but problems will likely arise once it comes to returning!

Overall a very good experience ordering Men's T shirts from Legend London. Quality for the price is fair and decent cuts on the T Shirt. Medium is a actual medium.

I had got a size wrong and their contact us staff were very quick on the ball. Amir reached out and changed the size for me straight away. Super quick delivery also with Tracking from Royal Mail. I would recommend them and I will keep looking at the website for some further clothes.

My husband is really happy with everything we ordered from Legend London. The trousers and T-shirts fit perfectly, and he was especially impressed with the quality and comfort. He even called me after trying them on to tell me how comfortable the trousers were and how lightweight they felt.
We did have an issue with one item being out of stock due to a system error, but Houda handled everything brilliantly. She responded quickly, explained the situation clearly, and arranged a replacement in a different colour at my request. She kept me updated throughout the process and provided tracking as soon as the replacement was shipped.

The reviews about this company put me off buying for a considerable amount of time. So recently I decided to contact support to express my concerns because, the clothing from Legend London, from the pictures, looked good quality.
I came in contact with Mubashir who was more than helpful understood my concerns, we talked over sizing and what would fit my person the best. Following the conversations I was eager to buy.
When the package came, there was an issue, I had received a wrong item. I contacted Mubashir, and as soon as they got to their mail that morning, they immediately processed getting that sorted in the event I wanted to return, and it was at no cost to myself!

I think a lot of the reviews here are people immediately rushing to leave one after something not going right, rather than contacting support first.

My advice is, if you have questions, contact support first. They sorted me out, and I would not have bought entirely, had I not spoken with Mubashir initially. Huge help, thank you! I even made a second order.

I'd recommend the 2026 spring/ summer textured shorts and shirt collection, alongside their overshirts. Very comfortable.

It was lovely to deal with Legend London. I ordered my son three items. My son needed the side up and dealing with customer service was a pleasure. I sent an email and Mubashir replied within the hour and organised my return. It was a pleasure to deal with someone who acted so professionally and got the job done. Thank you Mubashir you went above and beyond. Looking forward to receiving the two new items which I have already had an email to say they are on the way ☺️

I purchased a pair of trainers for £45 plus £3.99 postage. These trainers are retailing 3 weeks later for £75… The quality was poor and so I sent them back immediately. It took over 2 weeks from the date of the parcel being sent back to issue a refund. Good marketing, poor quality product.

Quality was ok but sizing poor and when returned couldn’t get returns portal to work on mobile device eventually had to use laptop wanted to exchange for a larger size but they still wanted me to pay £5.85 return postage then was refunded minus 3.99 shipping and 1.99 postage protection? This all seems odd to me customer service just kept telling me there was nothing wrong with returns portal so not a great experience unfortunately

T-shirts are amazing great quality material and Kathleen on customer services helped me change an order after selecting the wrong size by mistake keep up the good work
