This item was listed as having a bag included, but it wasn't in the box, after a quick call, one was sent out to us straight away and arrived a day or two later - can't fault the service

I first purchased from the LCE shop that used to overlook Chew Valley Lake in Somerset. Sadly, that shop has closed, and I guess the assistant there has retired. I was, however, very impressed with him, and as the shop was linked to the Bath store, I have used them ever since! Sammi and Graeme were once again helpful and informative, arranging the collection of my old equipment and posting the new! I would have no hesitation in highly recommending LCE Bath for all your optical requirements! Once again, excellent service!

I ordered a used lens from the Bath store. The delivery was next day. Unfortunately autofocus didn't function completely with my camera (I should have done more homework). I took the cmera to the Leamington Spa store who took the camera back. I've bought lenses from LCE before always with great resuts. I'l continue to use LCE with confidence - always my first choise!

Know their stufff

Visited LCE Bath to look at some binoculars. I was served by Greame who let me try several pairs of binoculars and gave me advice and help without being overbearing. I bought a pair of Vortex binoculars and I got a great deal. Very happy indeed.
