Lazy carpets
I was a little unsure of lazy carpets because I found them on Facebook and we all know buying of Facebook isn't great, so I gave them an email they phoned me within a couple hours and from there the process was smooth,living room was measured and fitted within 2 weeks, the fitter was a cool guy. What blew me away was the price relatively cheap compared to the last place I went, all in all I would give lazy carpets a 9/10 i will defo be using them again.

Kerry came to help me decide and gave me prices. Then got me booked in within a week. She even helped me sort something on my phone, not having any young people to show me! Had a large area of laminate wood flooring installed today by the A Team, Lee and Kevin, my wife was very anxious as to how the grain of the wood would look in the various areas the guys put her mind at ease by laying out various options for her to review, this did the job.
Thank you.
A few cups of coffee and a bacon butty and a cake and there was no stopping them.
Highly recommended the product, the company not forgetting the excellent sales rep that came and showed us the products and answered all our questions before we made our choice.
And again the installation team definitely went above and beyond to complete the end product for us.

Carpets and laminate
I had a full house done by this company, carpet upstairs and laminate down stairs. The lady who came to measure up was amazing offering advice and help where I needed it. The carpet fitters where quick and professional ( only down side is I was left with all the off cuts, which I guess is normal) the laminate floor fitters where professional, clean and tidy. I’m very impressed with their prices and professionalism as a company.

Good company
They did carpets on the stairs and landing , laminate flooring in the hall and frontroom and vinyl in the kitchen . The price was very reasonable . They where quick to come out to measure up and to get a price . The fitters that came were very friendly and polite , we left them to get the job done and it only took about 6hours and kept us up todate with how long they would bd , they also cleaned up after themselves . Over all i would recommend lazy carpets as a good company to use .

My home was measured for new carpet promptly on time and carpet picked from a vast array of samples,the lady was polite professional and advised on different aspects and what would happen thereafter,my fitting was booked there and then for 10 days later at my request ,they are fast at securing apps for fitting if needed,a very easy transaction from start to finish ,the fitter was prompt professional and polite and did a great job bagged all off cuts up would recommend I will be using again soon

Great experience
Steph was helpful and friendly when showing me my options for laminate flooring and carpets. There was a wide selection of quality and colour to choose from and I am very happy with the result.
I had three rooms, a landing and staircase fitted in about half a day. Pricing is reasonable and I was given an exact quote before committing.
It was suggested I would not need my doors trimmed but this was incorrect and I now need to trim three doors, this isn’t a big issue for me but I would have appreciated a bit more caution in their assessment so I could plan accordingly.
Note they do not take American Express despite their website suggesting otherwise.
Overall would wholly recommend and work with them again if I ever need to.

Great overall experience - would use again in the future.
Called Lazy Carpets for a home visit as I was looking to carpet my home upstairs (several areas inc. stairs). Visit occurred quickly a day or two after my expression of interest and in addition to the areas being measured up for the quote, I was able to review a wide selection of samples and discuss options. I placed my order on the same day (using interest free option) and it was fitted several days later by professionals who did it to a high standard and in no time at all. Would use Lazy Carpets again for other parts of my home.

Absolutely 💯 over the moon, the lady who came round Rebecca was absolutely excellent very professional, helped me with the colour choices and made it look so easy so made the whole process and experience enjoyable!!! Rebecca was very patient with me and let me know exactly how much everything was, as we discussed the different options and choices!! Really would recommend using this company to anybody & cannot wait until all the carpets and flooring are fitted!

Very friendly company, helpful staff and experienced fitters. Rebecca has visited me on 4 occasions now and each time has been brilliant. Understanding my requirements and detailing my options so I can make an informed choice. And the fitters (Charlie and his assistant) work really hard leaving me with a wonderfully fitted carpet. 100% recommend this company.
