From the beginning that was free estimate by Rebecca, who is lovely and a credit to lazy carpets to Tim who fitted our flooring who worked tirelessly and effortlessly and is a genuine nice fella. Can't fault anything and will definitely be having them back to do the 2 bedrooms. Our home looks fab thanks to Tim. 😊

Wonderful experience from first enquiry to finished result. I am so happy with the quality of my floor and the way it has transformed my house.
The whole process was so effortless. Someone came out to our home to show us a really huge selection of options and samples. The lady was so knowledgeable and very helpful.
The fitting was seamless. We received a message on the morning of the fitting so we knew what time our fitter would arrive. Lee was at our house bright and early and worked so hard all day. The fitting is perfect and it looks beautiful.
I’ll be coming back when we need our upstairs doing. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job lazycarpets and flooring.

Great experience
Great experience, carpet fitter rang before hand to let me know a rough time, he got delayed slightly on the previous job,(which was completely fine) but still apologised which wasn’t necessary. He was tidy and friendly to talk too. Very pleased with my carpet

Lazy Carpet Fitters -Andy Driscoll and Lucas were fantastic Fitting Laminate Flooring.
Andy Driscoll and Lucas were fantastic. They took up our old laminate flooring, made sure that the floors were level, we then had new laminate flooring fitted in the hallway and 3 rooms. I am so pleased with the finish it’s fabulous, and the kindness of these two young men was great. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they moved furniture out of the way for us and cleared up as they went. I can’t thank them enough. Stephanie, the lady who gave us the estimate said that they were the best and they are. Thank you for doing such a marvellous job and thanks Steph for your help and kindness, sending to us such lovely fitters.

Excellent customer service from the moment we got in touch. Rebecca who came out to us to measure up and give us a quote was amazing! Really helpful and gave us lots of little tips on prepping for our new flooring! Amazing prices and fitting booked in as soon as we had decided to go ahead!

Despite explaining specifically what I was looking for on the phone to the sales advisor the person that came round to do the measuring etc was unbelievably poor and ignored the specifics of the brief anyway. It was perhaps the most unprofessional sales/fitting experience I have ever had. The person wasn’t not polite but rather the quote took absolutely ages because the price on the iPad had to be updated. They also had to use my WiFi code to get online and then whilst they were waiting was sat outside on my front wall with no clear communication as to what was happening. The quote was stupidly expensive. I also made it clear that because they hadn’t come at the original time that I was limited for time but that was mostly ignored too. I cannot express what a total and utter waste of time it was.

Had laminate flooring installed by lazy carpets and was completed to a high standard. The process was easy and the fitters were very professional and completed the work to a very high standard. Kerry was superb who visited and surveyed/quoted. Would highly recommend.
