💥warning💥 crap after sales services.
No integrity as a company at all. Do not honour the warranty just lots of Time wasting to avoid replacing dodgy goods.
The pump has only worked for 6 months.
Using stupid excuses for the products errors. Videoing and calling us to say we have hard water in our area. And it must be the socket.

Our last one was exactly the same and lasted years. We gave it away because it got a little tatty.

They are an absolute disgrace.
Taking money for shoddy goods.

Lazy spa… be ashamed of yourselves . Greedy and dishonest

I wouldn’t really rate it at all

I wouldn’t really rate it at all. I have used this brand for a while now, the most recent was last year. The customer service and time wasting you have to go through is ridiculous. My pump was replaced in September and is doing exactly the same now so broken again. The pump is defective. Once I have a replacement pump I will not be using these again.

It does not inflate

We wanted to inflate the pool for the third time, but it didn't work because there was a puncture somewhere inside. It can't be repaired either, because the hole is somewhere on the inside wall of the pool.

Bought a hot tub Oct 2024 - already broke

Bought a hot tub Oct 2024, it started to trip the electrics July contact customer services, so far sent in videos and photos, feel like they are just time wasting, received 1 pointless phone call - PLEASE DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS, they really don't care.
I have now contacted my card issuer to assist.

(UPDATE - the date I posted this review I was contacted and offered a replacement Unit, we destroyed the one we had to show we couldnt use (as per their instructions) and received a new unit 2 days later, all working again, hopefully this means they are dealing with issues better now.)

Pump failed after 10 days

Pump failed after 10 days. Pump was used last summer, had so many error codes but we got there. Item was then stored away back in its original packaging and into the summer house. Took it back out this summer and Pump is not working, absolutely ridiculous. Had 10 day use of this item. Outwith warranty so told nothing they can do. Took 12 days for them to reply after getting an email saying it will be 3-5 days... Pump is clearly faulty, this company are unbelievable. Cowboys

ABSOLUTLEY SHOCKING customer service. I will never but a Lazy Spa again!!! The pump failed less than 3 weeks in to use. after weeks of back and fourth with customer services, requesting a video of this or a video of that. Promising to sort the issue only to the request a different video or tell me the previous video was not sufficient or correct. Looking on FB groups it seems i am not the only person struggling with issues like this. Lazy spa have to be one of the worst companies i have ever dealt with. Perhaps they should poach some staff from shark who have incredible customer service!!!

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service - I've submitted all the documentation and video of their failed after only a few months used twice product and have not had a single response.

I've made multiple phone calls & i keep getting told that an agent has not been assigned to your case.

Avoid like the plague is my best advice.

Do not buy from them

Do not buy from them, spa is great when working. 10 months in and my pump is broke. I had registered the warranty when I purchased the spa. I filled in their online claim, sent all videos photos etc to prove I've tried to fix it myself. 11 days in and 2 phone calls, I think it's one person taking the calls, and nothing, my case is still waiting to be assigned. I get the feeling this may never end. How can a company so big be allowed to have such awful customer care. Buy a different brand, stay away from this company. Just not worth it. Wish I'd read these reviews first and not just the Layz Spa website ones.

Terrible experience

I purchased a Lay-Z-Spa Paris AirJet through ASDA George (Order No. 1491***70) which was delivered on 5th July. While the outer packaging was undamaged, the lid cover inside was faulty. Despite providing clear photographs and all necessary information, the resolution process has been extremely disappointing.
After my initial email reporting the faulty cover, I waited over a week only to be told to make a warranty claim - completely missing the point that this was a manufacturing defect in a brand new product. I clarified this in a follow-up email, explaining I had paid for a complete, undamaged product and simply needed a replacement cover.
It has now been just over one week since my second email with absolutely no response whatsoever, and over two weeks since my initial contact. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially when dealing with a straightforward manufacturing defect that should have been resolved quickly.
Fortunately, I purchased through the ASDA website so I can return the entire spa through them for a full refund and purchase from a company that actually responds to their customers. The lack of communication and basic customer care is shocking for a brand that should stand behind their products.
Update pending: Still waiting for any response to resolve this simple cover replacement issue.
Would not recommend based on this customer service experience

Refund not processed

My refund of a round floor mat has not been processed. The item was returned to Lazyspa on 7 Juky by courier and was tracked as being accepted on 8 July. I have not received a refund despite numerous emails requesting this. I have tried on numerous occassions to call by phone but unsuccessful- 45 min wait time experienced on an 0845 number. Extremely poor service. Would not advise anyone to purchase direct.

Poor service the worst !!!!!

Product good but customer service the worst I have come across. The auto assistance a waste of time, wait time on phone jumps from 10 min to 60 min.
This is without doubt the worst customer contact service in the IK.
Do not buy this product !!!
Emails are never replied to either.

DISAPPOINTED

VERY DISAPPOINTED We have had our spa for a few months, it has not been moved and we don’t have pets, it is on their special foam pad but still managed to get a hole at the bottom even though it had not been moved, we now have to buy a puncture kit and fix it as it is not covered under warranty. What a waste of £500

Sh*te company

Absolutely shocking company. Their website automatically placed an order through the “Shop” app (that’s another review) and grief I have had to even get a reply from them let alone a refund. Then I get notification of delivery. Despite 6 emails over 7 days. Even if I ow ed a spa (which I don’t) or I wanted to (I do) it wouldn’t be from this company.

Spent 2 hours on wait on the phone…

Spent 2 hours on wait on the phone Friday after it sends the delivery company have lost my item. To which I was hung up on before they even answered. Sent emails and no response . Delivery company DX are just as awful. So lazy spa have my money , Dx have lost my item and nobody contacts you and I’m unable to contact them. Tried again today for over an hour . I actually don’t think they answer the phones. Shame because I like there items but customer care and service is appalling.

Disgusting company to deal with

The warranty is worthless they ask for video after video that won't upload unless cut down and will drag it out months. This is the second lazy spa I've bought for the kids and they haven't even lasted 2 summers

Warranty is worthless

Warranty is worthless. Literally try everything to not swap out faulty goods. Customer service is slow. Asked for videos of faulty pump, then a week later asked for more, then a week later radio silence. Buy elsewhere!

Id give 0 stars if i could

Id give 0 stars if i could. 500 pounds we aren't getting back and trying to fight for.
Made an order for a lazy spa surround. Truck turns up and it's not even in there. They then ask to rearrange. I said no and to refund. They then go away and I am in a battle with customer service to get my money back! They keep giving excuses on the customer service line. Now taking this further to try and get my money back. Disgusting con people

Absolutely awful customer service

Absolutely awful customer service. The heater/pump part as broken. Phone the helpline they are no help, n have to use their online warranty claim . They ask a question , you answer and then it takes them another 2 days to respond, sometimes longer. I'm not very tech savvy, so it's been extremely difficult. Will not purchase from them again. Not sure it will ever get fixed/replaced. Waste of money

There is an obvious fault with theses spas
