Bought 4 person intel spa from aldi in march this year lovely little spa, then a few weeks ago was going down slightly so looked at manual and it says it’s normal if hot weather as it releases some air itself , so pumped up again but lost some air again then we noticed an airline crack at front with pin prick hole so contacted intex who told me to send email of problem they got back to me same day on what to do and send pictures through on email and they would send a new hot tub in 2 to 3 days which we’ve got and put up so touch wood no problems.The lady who dealt with it was Karen sutcliffe absolutely fantastic service, recommended big time and would buy of this company again.

I bought the 6 person jaccuzzi. Surprisingly I found this one at a price cheaper than the 4 person model... go figure.
I found it easy to set up, solid construction and with a little extra insulation onder the bottom, it holds its heat quite well.
I did modify things slightly by making a wood stove heat source. This will heat the jaccuzzi at 2°C-5°C per uur depending on how big the fire is.
The only real critisizum I have is the LED display on the pump unit. Unless it is dark, it is very difficult to read. A shame they didnt use,a liquid crytal display

i purchased an Intex hot tub from Aldi Thursay night, blowed it up Friday, went flat Friday night, blowed it up Saturday morning went flat by lunchtime, saw the reviews on line and they was awful for getting in touch with the main dealer, to be honest i got in touch with Karen sent her my receipt and she said the replacement should be here for Friday, i was shocked by how quick Karen deal with it, A company is only as good as the workers, Karen is a credit to this company,

Absolutely awful customer service. Purchased an INTEX pure spa from Aldi. The buckle broke on the cover as soon as we opened the product. Tried to contact customer service and it’s impossible. Their email address is invalid and the contact enquiry form they don’t respond to. The product its self is good but what is the point if it develops a fault and you can’t rectify it.
