I have never been in the Laura store…
I have never been in the Laura store before and was so very impressed with Rohini!! She went above and beyond to help me and was so very patient!!
Thank you Rohini I bought two sweaters that you pointed out to me!!
Beautiful, Elegant Clothing Here At Laura
Laura is my FAVOURITE clothing store in the entire world. It sells the most beautiful, most elegant clothing, especially the tops. Yes, they're expensive at malls just like any other classy store, but you have to find the outlets, and the right outlet will have prices less than half of what you'll find at a mall store. I get designer looking tops for less than $30 at the Laura outlets I frequent. They have so many colours, designs, styles, cuts, patterns to choose from, you'll never get bored. I don't see most people dressing with class around me, so I usually stand out because I shop at - you guessed it - Laura! And the same person founded Melanie Lyne, which is just as great. You won't find their best selections online, as for some reason, stores don't put up their best items online. But if you visit in person, you'll find extravagantly gorgeous things to wear. They come in all sizes - petite, regular, and plus, so no one is left out. More than half my wardrobe comes from Laura and Melanie Lyne. A must visit, trendy, stylish company suitable for females of all ages.
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Placed a $200 order on line on January 4 to be delivered to Penguin Pickup location in case I was not home. Was supposedly delivered there on January 14, but they advised they did not have it. Called Laura on January 15, waited for an hour or so to speak to someone. She advised me to wait until January 18 and call back then if it didn't turn up, which it didn't. Called back, waited another hour or so, and agent opened ticket with Canada Post to see where item was. I called Laura on January 20, waited another hour or so, only to be cut off before I got to speak to someone. Called back, waited another hour, only to get cut off again. Called back today, waited 1.5 hours only to get a busy signal after all that time. Called again and got busy signal immediately. Sent email to Laura head office in meantime. Next step is BBB.
Cheap orders are automatically dropped
I placed an order during their "free shipping on any order" promotion (around 10 days ago). Yesterday I received an email from Paypal that Laura had refunded my purchase. I didn't even receive an email with reasons for order cancellation from Laura. Besides the lack of respect to customers, this also leads me to conclude that the "free shipping on any order" is deceitful, as CHEAP ORDERS WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE DROPPED.
