Awesome experience with an amazing lady
Had an amazing experience today @ Scarborough Town Centre location. I’m very picky & fussy. But Susana helped me to pick few tops not only that she was giving me her opinion as well about how I looked with those tops on. first of all e-mails were sent out in french then stopped.on my birthday day went into the store to get my 20% and said its only by e-mail...so I had to call head office to solve the problem.they were very polite and gave me the 20%.no problem with customer service.I am once again happy customer.

Very disappointed in the quality of the pants I purchased at the end of September 2022. I bought 3 pairs of the same pants (slim leg pull on pant) in different colours at $98 each. After about 18 days, I noticed that they were pilling at the back of the lower thigh on the right side, all three pairs but the grey pair were noticeably worse than the other two. I went back to the store to exchange them for a new pair as the salesperson who sold them to me told me the pants would wash and wear beautifully. As it was past the 14 day return/exchange period and the tags were cut off (as I was wearing them and hoping they would give me at least a season or two of good wear), the store reluctantly agreed to exchange the pants for a new pair but I was told they were FINAL SALE and they would not exchange or accept them for return. The very first time I washed the exchanged pants (strictly according to the laundering instructions and with the other two pair of the same pants in the same load) they shrunk up so much that I can't wear them. I am very disappointed in the quality of these pants and will not shop at Laura again. A very expensive lesson.
Nice clothing, but way high prices.
I think their clothing is a mix of good quality and also medium quality.
I do think their prices on the other hand are way too high for what they are selling.
Their sales don't provide huge discounts.
If you go to an outlet store or clearance section you'll notice the prices are no different as regular in other stores in general that sell clothing.
I must say I am a fan of their clothing, just not their prices.

I have been customer of Laura petit for more than 12 years .
My experience today at Laura at Markville mall, Markham was horrible and will deter myself and to who ever I can share this experience from shopping at Laura.
I bought 3 blouses at Laura from Vaghanmills malls about a week ago . Out of that, one I tried both medium and small in trial room and I had chosen small size as more appropriate on me . I purchased that along well 2 others . Sales associate however made a honest mistake probably and kept medium size in the bag instead of small size .
I was getting ready for Christmas party 2 days ago and tried to put on that particular blouse . After trying it on at home, I realized that sales associate ‘s mistake . I immediately changed to another outfit and wore something else for the party . I just had removed label and literally had put the blouse for just one minute and had not used any perfume etc .
Today, I went to Markville mall to exchange that blouse to small size . Explained the incident politely to them . They were so discriminating , giving us typical looks and smelled the blouse in front of us to check if it was worn .
It was such an embarrassing situation for me and my husband .
Definitely, I would never return for any shopping at Laura as a protest against discrimination .
You can check by name and record that I have made many many purchases from Laura in the past and had recommended many of friends Laura but not anymore !!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !! I have buy a handbag in May that I have received in June. by the end of June , the saddlebag straps were all broken. I have written to the company to inquire what was possible to do since there seems to be a malfunction in the fabrication of my handbag. I propose an exchange but they refuse categorically... telling me it was all my fault and that it was impossible to do anything about it. It's a cheap service...considering the price I have paid for and that I was a loyal customer since many years. I am very disappointed with the service.
Old Fashioned
I have been buying all of my clothes from Laura stores for many years. But I must say this year I have not been able to find anything. I am a plus-size women

First of all- I spend a ton of money on clothes for work. I am a female executive. I don’t always have the luxury of time to spend trying on several outfits.
Laura is one of the most expensive ladies clothing stores- I expect great customer service, a fair return policy and good quality products.
Laura is lacking in all of those categories.
Clothing quality has declined to a point where I would call it mediocre, prices remain stupidly high, the return policy is lacking in fundamental fairness and customer service is either great or crap.

Laura’s has the absolute worst costumer service!!! After waiting for a hour and half on first call , for not much help at all, the second call being 45 minute long wait just to know when I would be reimbursed for the 400 dollars they owe me. The worker was extremely rude and ended up just telling me to wait another week. I don’t have all this time to wait. Which this service did surprise me sense the workers and manager of my local Laura’s where very nice and helpful with my hole situation. Overall the store is fine it’s self but god forbid you have any little issue and have to call customer support because they do not care about you or your problems and honestly aren’t alot of help. I understand if there isn’t much they can do about it but maybe tell your workers to get a better attitude. And maybe get a better wait time because it is absolutely horrible!!!
GOT YELLED AT IN STORE
At the LAURA CLOTHING STORE PLACE VERTU in store location, Ville St Laurent, Montreal, yesterday Wednesday 10 May 2022, about 2pm, an outlet store with less expensive items. A sleeveless summer blouse brand MATT that Laura carries. I bought for Mothers Day it did not fit. I misplaced the bill could not find it, bought it Thursday previous. The Manager of the store, that day was a lady with red long hair, yelled at me for 10mns because I asked for an exchange without a bill. Not a refund, a simple exchange. She refused and continued verbal abuse. Ive been a loyal customer for 10yrs, this is just too much, totally unacceptable, closing my Laura account, never again. Beware!
Worst customer service
Worst customer service. Lost my money due to poor service provided by Laura.
I would give zero stars if have option. I placed an order from Laura and they choose to sent an order from BOXKNIGHT courier service. I got email that my order is delivered but I did’nt find anything. I immediately wrote an email to Laura customer care to address my issue and cancel my other orders because I will lose my money if this happens to my other orders as well but customer care agent did’nt put attention to cancel other orders and keep on saying Laura can’t do anything if you are not able to find your order. Laura customer care replies to your email after 3-4 days and did’nt care for their customers.
I asked customer care agent explicitly that if same thing happens to my other orders then I will loose my money so their simple answer was we can’t do anything. If they are not reliable why should we order from Laura.

Amazing Staff!
Although I did have to take my dress back, the woman at the Uptown Laura shop were amazing! They showed me others, and were so kind when i did have to return the one i had bought online. They made my day, and i will be back to shop. I know i will find something the next time i am in.
This was my first and last time…
This was my first and last time shopping with this company. I ordered my daughter dress online, my payment went through quickly but no date of delivery was given. I called several times, the automated response was "your order is being processed, If you wish to talk to an agent stay online or leave a number to get a call back..I did leave my number but did get a call back. Since then I have call 3 times and still haven't got any idea if I will receive my purchase for Christmas. If I was aware of their system I most definitely would ot have placed my order here..my extremely disillusioned and disappointed..I expect a more professional experience.
Where is my money?
Very disappointed. Several emails to customer service without the courtesy of a reply. The Style reward points and gift card payment was show on my Order but was not applied to the Order total. Bottom line I've been ripped of my gift card and reward points. Further, I have been waiting for 11 months for Laura to process a credit to my credit card for returned items. Confirmation a credit was being processed but never was. Again, no follow up reply in spite numerous follow ups. Have been dealing with Laura for years but not so much in 2022. I'm done.

I placed my order Nov 20/21 & still don't hv my order, call customer service, after waiting 45 mins they told me 1 of my item is not available & there system shows my was shipped, told me she'll look into & email me bk....no email so far, called again waited 1/2 hr & decided to select the option for them to call me back over 2 hrs no call bk....I called bk again & after 45 mins I decided to use the option again for them to call bk, ... hv to wait & see if they will call bk, there customer service stinks! I understand it's the holiday & they are busy with calls but no one is calling bk & where the hell is order?? Don't think I would be shopping online from Laura.
Biased service
