The associate on the call was great and very helpful. Effective customer service which allowed me to get the most suitable package deal - eased the process. 10/10.

While the booking process through lastminute.com was simple, straightforward, and easy to navigate, the handling of my cancelled flight by was very disappointing.
My original flight was cancelled and I was automatically rerouted from London to Newcastle and then to Amsterdam, despite direct Heathrow flights being available shortly afterwards. I only discovered this after arriving at the airport and then had to speak to multiple members of staff before eventually being rebooked onto a more reasonable direct flight.
Overall, the communication, rerouting process, and airport support from KLM were poorly handled and caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I would recommend the website despite airline issues. It was my first time using lastminute.com.
I booked a flight from Munich to Palma de Mallorca and added an extra Option that would allow me to change the time or the date of the flight. I really wanted to change it later as my plans have been changed a little bit and I decided to use this option and have requested an offer. They made me an offer with extra 140 EUR for the processing and I have accepted it, it was ok for me. And here it has begun with the party... The customer service is worth - 0... especially when you talk to somebody in chat... it is just a waste of time... you can read just: either “sorry” or "no, we cannot", that´s all... first you get an E-mail with this offer, where you have to accept or decline it, if you accept the offer, it doesn´t end with this point... you have to wait for a phone call in order to confirm it, yes, once again... then when they call you, you have to pay the difference just with a MasterCard or Visa, so they cannot charge you the difference through the same payment method you used to book everything... you have to give them all your card data by phone... guys I just got tired from all this, why is this so complicated... if somebody just accepts the offer, do the necessary changes and that´s all... why is it so complicated so you need to accept it once in the email, then one more time by the phone... then pay by phone... just a waste of time... unfortunately I will not do this mistake once again and just book it elsewhere...

An absolute shower of sh1t. I would not recommend people to use this company.
Turned up at the hotel who could see it was a prepaid booking, but they could not charge lastminute.CON. No one was bothered about helping, nobody could help. I was promised phone calls and emails, NONE of which arrived. Had I not got the funds in my account on the pre-auth for the room, we would not have been able to check in and lastminute.CON couldn’t care less! Caused a stressful few days that should have been relaxing. A useless bunch of wasters! Just see the appalling reviews and issues others have had to deal with… as a side note there were several other guests at the hotel in the same situation, so not an isolated incident!
Instead, book with Booking.com, who have excellent customer service and people that can actually help. People that are focussed on their customers, the antithesis of these cowboys!
Avoid like a deranged gun man!

Service, although a little expensive, by Last Minute was excellent, as was one of their airline partners but two of their partners were not 'perfect': one of the airlines does not support Apple/wallet; their hotel partner was generally very good but allowed excessive noise (until midnight) and the hotel is a bit 'tired' looking, so understandable it will have a refurb next year
Very easy to use their website & great value for money! The accommodation I found was cheaper on lastminute.com than it was on the hotel's own website!
