Last minute NEVER AGAIN.

We booked flights with this company and they could not issue boarding passes…And in our case the airline could not issue boarding passes.
Two hours on line trying to deal with a hopeless Bot.
Massive queues to check in at airport.
Last Minute …NEVER AGAIN .

I booked a room with you and when we…

I booked a room with you and when we got to hotel they said there was no booking made for us and I ended up sleeping in my car . I have put in a complaint but you have not got back to me or refunded my money

So straightforward

So easy to book and everything was sorted in one go. All that was needed was the pre-boarding information to Eurostar and that was via an email link.
Travel was great and hotel was fab. Would definitely use last minute.com again

Is had a booking confirmation with them…

Is had a booking confirmation with them and when I went to the hotel I found out that the booking is not confirmed and I couldn’t check in although I paid to lastminute and had a booking confirmation.
The Hotel management said that this happened with other guests and it is lastminute’s mistake that they keep on accepting bookings from guests without updating the hotel.

Helpful hotel staff but very…

Helpful hotel staff but very inefficient check in process - check in was meant to be 3pm but we were told it could be anything up to 6pm.

Very spacious and comfortable room with a sea view. Breakfast buffet good selection.

The flight we had to wait on the airport tarmac in the heat for it to be landed and turn around running late
The hotel we could hear allot noise from outside up until 3 am.
