Be careful, even paypal will not protect you from this company

I bought a replacement keyboard for my Toshiba laptop and I received a wrong keyboard and doesn't fit my laptop. I contacted the seller (Alan) about it and he suggested to use double sided tape and even asked me to modify the keyboard by breaking some part of the keyboard which I refused to do. I took a picture of the serial number of my original keyboard and asked him if he has it in stock and swaps it for me. He agreed and asked me to send the keyboard to a Manchester address which cost me over £7.00 for postage. After 1 month of not receiving another keyboard, I demanded a refund, he said he'll refund me in 24hrs and never heard from him again. I contacted paypal, they contacted the seller and funny enough paypal gave me a Hong-Kong address for me to send the keyboard to, which I already sent to Manchester. I forwarded paypal all the email conversation threads I had with Alan including his instructions and the address he gave me to mail the keyboard to. To this day Alan or Paypal still refused to process my refund and they got their keyboard as well.

By the way, even though I bought the keyboard from laptops-keyboard, during my conversation with Alan the email he was using was bcpowerbattery. So there's something fishy and connections between these two companies.
