The service was carried out at the appointed time in a clean,efficient manner. The cost of the service was very competitive compared to other companies.

We are pleased to have used Lee and his team for the Aircon Installation. The whole process was very easy. I initially contacted Worcester-Bosch UK and they informed I would be contacted by the local approved installer L&P Heating Services. Lee duly did so on the day and a day later he came and did a recce at our house explaining the installation process and sending us an estimate promptly, e.g. later that day. We agreed an installation date to suit ourselves and the team arrived early am had completed a very professional job by 1300, explaining how it all worked and handed over a user guide. I believe that the installation is then registered with Bosch and the warranty is for 7 years. I have no hesitation in recommending L&P to other potential Aircon customers.

L&P Heating Services Ltd were recommended by our service engineer. Arranging the initial appointment was very easy over the phone. Lee arrived when he said he would, and really knows his stuff.
We accepted the quote which was reasonable. Like for like boiler replacement. Payment was on completion which I liked! (you hear so much these days about deposits and work never carried out)
The installation was carried out on the day we had arranged. The installers were ready to start at 7.30am! The installation went well, we were kept fully informed of the progress. They were very tidy, and I was able to discuss the options for positioning the filters etc.
Boiler works well, and all the necessary guarantees and building regulation documents arrived by email as they said they would.
So YES I would recommend them if you are looking to replace your old oil Boiler.

Great experience all round in a bad situation. Excellent communication and quick turnaround when our boiler finally gave up. During the survey we received good advice about locating the two elements. We were kept informed at every stage. On the day the team were on time and fitted the air con units efficiently and professionally. Once fitted we received a comprehensive tutorial on how to work it. Overall great service.

Brilliant service - air con installed within 24 hours of placing the order. The installers arrived promptly at 7.30am and we had fully functioning air conditioning by lunchtime. Everything left clean and tidy.

Lee was bang on time with his site visit explained everything clearly also his team 5 days later arrived in time replaced boiler and took old tank away .

Reliable and friendly service. We use L&P for regular boiler maintenance and they installed radiators for us last year. Would recommend them.

Lee and Paul make a great team with clearly years of experience in the trade. It was a difficult boiler installation, due to the site for the install. A couple of other companies avoided the challenge. L&P agreed a competitive price and completed the task without fuss and on time. I would happily recommend these guys.
