Great customer service, measuring and installation. All very helpful and professional.

Company was easy to work with.Designer showed me options, shades were ordered and did not take long to receive and install. Happy with the result. They offer repairs if needed.

Rusty removed the solar shade and checked the motor. He determined a new motor was needed since the original one wasn't keeping a solar charge. Therefore, the shade was stuck in the two inch raised mode. Special thanks for the troubleshooting and correcting the issue.

Great installation

Shane, our installer, was very thorough and efficient with our install. When he completed the job, he showed my husband that each one was operating correctly and answered all questions to our satisfaction. Additionally, Shane was very friendly and pleasant during the entire install process.

The whole process with Stoneside was smooth, and I’m so happy with how my window coverings turned out. The measurements they took were precise, the design consult with Rebecca was incredibly thorough and helpful. She got me aligned with what I envisioned for my home, including style and colors. The install by Edgardo was surprisingly fast and he did a great job and was very friendly. I would definitely use them again in the future.

John was an excellent technician—punctual, personable, and incredibly easy to work with. He took the time to answer all of my questions in a way that felt respectful and clear, never making me feel rushed or silly. Most importantly, he addressed every issue I had, and the improvements he made will genuinely make my day-to-day life much easier with my shades.

It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and it also reflects well on the company—there’s a strong sense that they support their team to deliver great service and stand behind a quality product. I’ve been very pleased all around and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both John and the company.

Great experience overall! The interior design ideas were creative and practical at the same time. They understood my requirements well and suggested designs that suited my space perfectly. The materials used were of good quality and the finishing was excellent. Communication was smooth and the project was completed on schedule. Worth the investment.

In a word, Ryan, who installed our blinds today was fantastic. He came to our house several weeks back to take measurements and was very professional, extremely polite, and very clear with his explanation in exactly how our blinds would look once installed.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Ryan today and were so pleased to know that we requested the right person to install our blinds. It’s obvious that Ryan’s measurements were precise, and his installation was perfect!

What else can I say about this company? Well, after looking at the final product, it’s obvious that this company spends a lot of time on the engineering of their products. The shades were made perfectly, they look terrific, and Ryan made that happen.

Furthermore, the shades are proudly manufactured in the United States.

We called and made an appointment for a consultant to come by and it happened quickly. Harry was helpful and understood what we needed. The Ned shades came sooner than expected and were installed quickly. They look and fit beautifully. Outstanding product and service!

Justin Lewis (our installer) did a great job installing window treatments on 6 windows. He left our home cleaner than he found it and was very professional. Our designer, Jason Miller, helped us create beautiful rooms in our new home with his expert consultation. I could not be happier with the experience and our home looks amazing!

The staff were uniformly capable and courteous and I like the product!

The blind, which was for a very tall large window fits perfectly and is of high quality materials and mechanism. Additionally, the installer was highly professional and a delight to chat with as he was installing the blind. He did in 20 minutes a task that, even I could figure out how to do it, would have a couple of hours with no confidence that I would get it right.
