I'd been thinking about replacing our somewhat ancient combi boiler.. when I did a search on the Worcester Bosch website to compare the quote i'd got from a local plumber, I was amazed how much cheaper L&P Heating were.. I thought there must be a catch, but there wasn't - within the space of three days they had come and carried out the job smoothly and quickly. They are now going to do my folks' place as I was so impressed. Thanks to Lee and the gang.

Very impressed with L & P. Lee inspired confidence immediately and made recommendations that were far superior than competing companies.

The new boiler was fitted into a very tight cupboard upstairs, it was very difficult, however, the team went above and beyond – four of them came to carefully carry the boiler upstairs, which wasn’t easy, but they managed it brilliantly and without complaints. Everything was fitted neatly and professionally, and the heating and hot water are now working better than ever before. Great workmanship and a really reliable company – highly recommend!

Punctual, courteous, thorough and quick.

Two men arrived nice and early, looked at the job and then had to wait nearly an hour for the next two men to arrive with the AC units to fit. They then started working on fitting the outside unit and the lounge AC unit. Then found some wire had been left behind and 1 worker had to go back to Bristol to pick it up a round trip of 1 and half hours. When he got back most of the work had been done. The job they done was very good and before they left they tested the AC with temporary connection. The electrician was booked for the next day to complete the connection and fit a new consumer unit. He arrived early and looked at the job and decided it was a bigger job to fit the consumer unit than he thought and he had forgot his meter and had to go back to Bristol to pick it up. Two and half hours later he came back and decided there was no need to fit a new consumer unit and used the unit next to the one which was going to be replaced. Did the job and tested everything was working. I have ran the AC on cooling and heating and would recommend it to anyone. The guys did a very good job fitting and would recommend them. Just couldn’t understand how on both days something had been forgotten, the job would have been done a lot quicker if they were more organised.

I had a phone call to let me know the time of arrive to fit my boiler.
They put a protective cover on my stairs and cleared up as they went along.
They also showed me how to work everything before they left.

L&P visited to assess our heating requirements on a Thursday, quote came the same day, which we accepted. Within 6 days
of acceptance the boiler was fitted, commissioned and registered.
The engineers were efficient, polite and respectful, what more can I say.

We were treated as if we were their only customer...

Well that was easy!
Enquired about new boiler last week, lee called me from his holiday in Tenerife, turned up Monday morning to sort out a quote, and check the system. Finance was arranged within minutes and the boiler was fitted yesterday morning! Installation was great (forgot the name of the installer) he was brilliant, explained the settings etc and cleaned up so much that you’d never known he had been!
All ready for winter now

I've just had my anual boiler service done again by L&P heating services. The engineer,Simon rang to give me a time of arrival and turned up on time. Service was carried out with no fuss or mess.

I was very impressed with the service we received. The chaps who came to our house were extremely courteous and took great care to protect the carpets etc. I cannot recommend L&P highly enough and will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone that asks.

A great professional service from start to finish. It is so nice to have a company that arrives when they said they would arrive, know what they are doing, have pride in their work, and care what the installation looks like.
