I am giving 5 starts even though there was a problem...
I am giving 5 starts even though the item turned out to be incorrect.... here's why: the response from customer services about the issue was excellent. There was an error in one of the measurements on the website, and as a result the item I ordered (replacement bar stool base) did not fit our stools. They quickly refunded the order and passed the issue to the website team to have the website corrected.

Nice barstool - unhappy with delivery
Very nice barstool for my kitchen breakfast bar. It's a nice design and quality as expected. Happy with the purchase. Unfortunately, I am not so pleased with the delivery company as they didn't ring the bell and left the heavy box just outside my garage door. When I opened the garage door from the inside, and not knowing the box was blocking it, it damaged my garage door prevented me from opening and closing again.

Really happy with bar stools. Great quality and fast delivery. There was a slight issue with the bases which Lakeland customer services sorted swiftly. We had brand new bases in perfect condition days after raising the issue. Would definitely recommend.

WOW ordered bar stool replacement legs…
WOW ordered bar stool replacement legs and they arrived 2 days later - well packaged - far superior to the legs I took off which came with the very expensive stools - wider and higher at the base so you can sit on the stools with much greater ease and confidence - smooth turning action - up/down can sometimes be a bit fiddly but I suspect that's because they are new! they were quite expensive but they saved me throwing out my designer stools and they have given them a much improved lease of life! great
