I was nervous about buying from a new place but I contacted their team for more details and they responded very quickly. Their shipping charges to the US are quite steep but they shipped quickly and I got my package within days of ordering. I love my scarf! Thank you for a smooth shopping experience!

DISLIKE: The internal defect of the bag that was purchased was not reported in the webshop. Owing to the presence of defects, the customer does not agree with the appraisal that the bag is in a "Very Good" condition (4/5 stars) to merit the asking price.
