No news from my order

I ordered on 7 of december clothes on the inno.be website. I did not receive anything and had to contact their support. The vendor (Oxbow) mentionned that the transporter had dropped the shipment to a delivery point (without informing me) and that the shipment was finally returned to Oxbow. I asked for a re-delivery, no news, I asked for a reimbursment, no news… Almost 2 months after my initial order, still no news, this is unacceptable from a big store like this. The support does not care and inno.be does not take its responsibilities.

Dear Customer,

We sincerely apologize for this experience. We completely understand how frustrating this situation must be, especially given the long delay since your order on December 7th. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide.

Even when an order is handled by one of our marketplace partners, INNO remains responsible for ensuring proper follow-up and customer care. It is not acceptable that you had to repeatedly reach out without receiving a clear resolution.

We would very much like to resolve this for you as quickly as possible. Could you please send us a private message with your order number and contact details? We will immediately investigate this internally with the seller and ensure an appropriate solution (either redelivery or reimbursement).

Once again, our sincere apologies for the inconvenience, and thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Kind regards,
INNO Customer Service

The department manager Rashida and her team st INNO Antwerp are simply FANTASTIC PEOPLE snd Pro’s! We were exhausted after the whole day of shopping, having been walked 12 km, and next day leaving the country. But we still had discount checks to spend. We were helped to spend them with the great professionalism and customer&human care. This team is the MAX and as ex-Coach &Trainer of Mystery Shopping worldwide I would know. Guys CONTINUE THIS WAY ON. God bless you!

Dear Hardhuca Vogel,

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.
We’re truly sorry that you didn’t receive the assistance you needed at INNO Rue Neuve. You should have been helped right away with trying on and checking the jackets — that is the level of service we aim to provide, and it clearly didn’t happen here.

We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially since you were ready to purchase the items. We will address this with the team to make sure it does not happen again.

Have a great day,
The INNO team

A smile would have helped!

The real challenge in this store is finding somebody interested in serving you. No wonder the high street is dying when staff show so little interest in their customers. It took 30 minutes to buy one item in the home dept. Incidentally, I’m typing this whilst another customer stands forlornly behind me. And then, a further queue starts further along the desk as there is a lady folding clothes behind the desk - no, she looks at the queue and leaves them guessing. Unbelievable!

services not adequate

Nice infrastructure and wonderful products, however services are non existent.
- Waiting for 15 mins at Bobbi B. stand (Woluwe), no one came to serve me, while on the neighbouring stand the lady was heavliy cleaning invisible dust.
- Loyalty policy lost: I have collected a good number of 5 eur bons during the past decade. Never managed to use them. Best refusal lines:
=> purchase contained a sales product
=> purchase was below 50 eur
=> printed bon was not with me physically and scores/ bon is not visible in the system (loyalty card !)
Honestly, I give up.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We sincerely apologize for the frustration you encountered both at our Woluwe store and with our loyalty program. Your feedback is very valuable to us.

It is true that, until now, we have not been able to digitalize all of our services, and we recognize that this has caused inconvenience for many of our loyal customers. We regret that your visit at the Bobbi Brown. stand was disappointing, and we will follow up internally to ensure that such situations are avoided in the future.

We truly appreciate your long-standing loyalty and hope to welcome you back soon under improved conditions.

I ordered online 2 gift cards

I ordered online 2 gift cards, but never received them. I can not annulate the order online and I don't get any reply on my message that I want to quit the order and want my payment returned.
There is no email address that is working and no phone number for customer service only an online form.

Edit 25.06: I have successfully received the refund. Thank you!
I recommend to add the email addresses to the website.

Discriminatory toilet policy

I went to the department store in Brussels, Place aux Choux and browsed. I found a couple of articles to buy but wanted to use the toilets first. You have to pay 50 cents to go there. I did not have any cash and the lady, extremely rude told me "no money, no toilet". I went to complain to customer services and they told me that they rent the space and are not responsible for anything relating to this issue. Set aside from the fact that cash only seems a little bit unlawful, the fact that a department store which aims to be seen as high end as Inno has no facilities for the clientele is simply not good enough. I have put back the goods I wanted to purchase and will never come back to this place. I will also contact the franchises there in order to let them know, it reflects very badly on them too. Please avoid this store if you are in Brussels, there are many other places to go to.

Dear Valerie,

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience — we’re truly sorry to hear about the inconvenience and frustration you faced during your visit to our Brussels store.

We completely understand how disappointing it must have been not to be able to access the facilities, especially when you were intending to make a purchase. While the toilets at that location are indeed operated by an external partner and not directly managed by Inno, we recognize that this distinction is not always clear to our visitors — and it certainly doesn't lessen the impact on your overall experience.

Your feedback about payment options and the tone of the interaction you experienced is especially concerning. We aim to offer a welcoming and respectful environment for all our customers, and we will follow up with our local teams and partners to ensure this situation is addressed properly.

Please know that your comments have been taken seriously and will be shared with the appropriate parties.

We value all our customers, and while we're sorry to have lost your trust on this occasion, we hope for a chance to welcome you back in the future under better circumstances.

Warm regards,
The INNO Customer Care Team

Culture of terrible service

Culture of terrible service.

The store looked neat and tidy with good displays- but that’s where the good news ends. I went in to buy a set of three suitcases. After going all the way to the fourth floor on the escalators with my 4 yr old- I found a floor with not one assistant on it to ask questions. Once I went around the store to find someone to ask, they sent someone who didn’t speak any English or knew anything about the suitcases! I showed her a picture from the INNO website of what I was looking for, she gestured that I’d need to just look for it. I asked about searching on the computer- she said she couldn’t- but went to look, only to start serving someone else and abandoned the sale. I couldn’t believe it, considering most their cases are €200-500 each. If that was my business, and my customers received that level of customer service, I’d be ashamed. I could tell it wasn’t just that woman, but an all round culture of poor service throughout INNO. So, I will go elsewhere.

INNO charging for their toilets: East European style

Inno stock high fashion labels at PREMIUM prices. Imagine my surprise to be refused access to their restrooms by an old little ‘babooshka’ lady with headscarf, demanding 50 cents and lecturing that ‘the toilets are not free you know’.

Of course we live in an ever increasing digital world…and I don’t have a 50c coin :(

I was about to spend €400-800 at Inno today. I’ll go somewhere else instead who can provide a proper service to customers.

Oh, and just to mention I did leave my feedback with the Services desk staff. Rude and unhelpful (when they eventually showed up).

This was my worst online shopping…

This was my worst online shopping experience. I wanted to return the product. I contacted the seller 2 times; no replies. I contacted Inno 3 times with one-week interval; not a single reply. It looks like there is not such a thing as customer service there! Have to go through the product away because it's not useful for me. Never ever again!
Moreover, their prices are always high. I strongly discourage anyone to buy from them.

Bad service after sales

Ordered something through the inno website. The product I received was not the product listed on the website, therefore I refused to return the product on my expenses, and asked for a refund. Neither the shop, nor inno replied on this matter.problem not resolved after 2 months. Will never order again through Inno

Inno really has lost it (not that they really ever had it)

Manager refused to take back an obviously defected product even though the salesman agreed is was defected. Refused to allow me to speak with supervisor, refused to give me his name. I then took a photo of him to send to Inno Customer Service (should that exist). He got furious, threatened to call police, grabbed my phone. I tried to take it back from him but his colleagues stopped me. I asked a person who was with me to call the police and while making the phone call, manager returned the phone. This was beyond anything I've seen in Belgium. Abusive, criminal. I was injured after the attack. Am considering contacting the police.

Don't bother with Inno, shop on Amazon. Better choice and customer service.

Appalling customer service. Having virtually been accused of lying (or at the very least being stupid or incapable of understanding my mother tongue), I was informed that we could not possibly receive a voucher when returning goods in the sale, despite having been told four days earlier that this would be possible. Inno has now lost a long-standing and loyal customer. I have cut up my loyalty card and trashed it. I have also unsubscribed from the newsletter and will be advising my friends not to shop there. And all for 14 euros! Well done Inno!
