Tyre fixer superstar
We arrived at Kwik-Fit panicking, stressed and with a flat tyre. We needed to get to Birmingham as soon as possible. The whole staff were great; friendly and welcoming. Alex in particular was great. He took the car straight away and started working on it. Alex kept us informed on what was happening…unfortunately it needed a new tyre. Alex got one sent over and fixed it with ease. Thank you so much! Was a star!

Urgent warning of fraud and unprofessional behaviour.
On Thursday the 9th July 2026, I had taking my car in, to kwik fit on saughton road Edinburgh, as my tyre kept going down, they put my car up onto the ramp, didn’t take the wheel off to take tyre of to investigate where the puncture was , instead the pumped the tyre up then done there usually checks on the rest of the tyres etc etc , then reversed my car out into there car park, the tall guy at the front desk told me they found a nail in the tyre, and they fixed the puncture , so I was driving up the road, after they said they fixed the puncture ,the warning lights came on on the Mazda cx30, saying tyres need checked and inflated, I got home parked car , then organised to go to a different Kwik fit this morning, they thoroughly checked my tyre, they confirmed 100% that the tyre has had no puncture repairs carried out on my car tyre, and that they found a dangerous side wall defect , that there was a small hole where the air was escaping , so they put a brand new tyre on the car , so the first kwik fit was very dishonest by telling me they repaired the tyre , when they didn’t touch it, thanks to to murrayfield kwik fit, for being honest with me , I could have been driving at 70mph, and had a blow out due to the side wall damage , and I’ve made a formal complaint against saughton kwik fit, one that I fully intend to expose , never experienced in my life such fraudulent and dishonest behaviour, please avoid the kwik fit at saughton Edinburgh, at all costs ..

Professional and efficient experience with Kwik Fit mobile
Kwik Fit mobile expert drove to my home to replace two wheels on site, it was first time I used this mobile service. Everything was efficient, quick and professional. I was informed of details on the moment, I was able to understand what was done, the wheels were top brand, everything at high professionalism and quality.

Fast professional service.
Fast professional service.
Easy to book appointment. Fitter came out, repaired puncture (by replacing the tyre, which he had onboard, as the existing one was worn).
Checked the other tyres for wear & tyre pressures. Provided a report.
Arranged for a return appointment to replace another worn tyre and dealt with the lease company.
The return service was just as fast, efficient and professional.

Adam went above and beyond!
Brought my car in to kings Lynn branch yesterday, 39 degrees showing in my car. A lorry had blocked off road and we had to divert which, made me 10 minutes late. Therefore, I had missed my appointment. Initially told by another next appointment was at 4.45 which wasn't possible as i travelled 20 miles. Adam came along and went out of his way rearranging his diary to help me. Managed to rebook and MOT my car within 2 hrs. Couldn't ask for more, thank you Adam 😀

The tyre pressure warning light came on last week, so I took my car into the Kwik Fit Fareham branch for a check. As usual, they couldn’t have been more helpful – a big shout out to Jack and Taylor. I’ve used a lot of different garages over the years and have often had to endure a disrespectful, sexist attitude. But the guys at Kwik Fit couldn’t be more helpful and courteous. The guys in Dorchester were brilliant today. I called in unannounced with a problem tyre. They sorted it all in 30 mins and then told me it was 'on the house' ! Very rarely do you get that level of service in any industry. All done on the one of the hottest days of the year at midday. Absolutely fantastic !

Helpful at fitting me in with no notice.
Had a tyre pressure warning en route down the M40, so went to Kwik Fit in Headington, Oxford to have everything checked. The manager was very helpful and fitted me in that afternoon despite being really busy. Special thanks to Joe the mechanic, who took great care and time to check everything very thoroughly. They went way beyond to help me sort it out and get me back on the road. Both were professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Very impressive service at short notice.
