Withholding my winnings of $2000. I have tried to contact support sending over 12 emails, and they do not read it - because they keep asking me the same thing over and over.

They do not understand what virtual visa debit is, and are requesting me to send them a bank statement for this account. The virtual visa debit takes money from my chequing account - it is not a standalone account, and I do not have a card associated with this account - only a number and cvc

They are using this loophole of me not being able to provide a statement as a way of keeping my money.

This is my money they are taking, I would have played on their site and continued to gamble, but they are withholding all my winnings.

The kicker is - they approved my bank statement yesterday and sent me a small portion of money yesterday - and now because the winnings are more substantial - they are now saying I need to submit more documentation.

Why would I need to re-verify if you literally just verified me the same day and sent me money? I would like this resolved, How can you resolve this for me????

My recent experience with King Billy Casino has has been absolutely appalling. As a player, I expect transparency, fair treatment, and reliable customer service from any online gambling platform. Unfortunately, King Billy Casino fell short on all fronts.
The most alarming aspect of my experience was the unexplained reduction of my account balance on multiple occasions, totalling 1280.
Even after many attempts to seek clarification from their customer support team, I received vague or misleading responses that failed to address the root cause of the issue. Furthermore, I have ample evidence in the form of screenshots documenting the deductions from my account, which I am more than willing to provide upon request as I’ve told their team multiple times. These screenshots clearly demonstrate the unexplained reductions in my balance, further highlighting the need for King Billy Casino to provide a satisfactory explanation for their actions.
Even if, and that's a big if, the deductions were somehow justified, the fact that King Billy Casino has the ability to deduct such large sums from players without clear communication or accountability is shocking and unacceptable.
Also once Ling Billy Casino had finished taking money from my account without warning or reason, that was when I was able to withdraw. By then they had taken all but 20(the deposit I made). I find this aspect particularly suspicious as I had submitted the same documents that were necessary to be verified multiple times and it wasn’t until they had taken what was left of my winnings that they verified me with the same documents they deemed unfit before. This money was not locked in the bonus. Again I have screenshots to prove.

In light of my experience, I would strongly advise other players against using King Billy Casino. The lack of accountability and disregard for player concerns displayed by King Billy Casino is deeply troubling and warrants further scrutiny from regulatory authorities and consumer protection agencies. I will be contacting such agencies with information on what has happened and also contact the provider of the games I played to let them know the character of the company their in business with.
