You should know that Betbright are completely incompetent. Compliance set my deposit limit to £2k a month in March 2018. I asked them in Feb 2019 why I’ve been able to deposit nearly 5k or more some months? They then suspended my account pending investigation.

The investigation found that they had accidentally set it as a weekly deposit limit of £2k and not the monthly. At this point I’d deposited £44k in a year instead of the maximum £24kni should have been allowed if compliance had done their job properly.

They refunded me £8k. I have no idea where they got that figure from but apparently take withdrawals into account even though regardless the maximum I should have been allowed to get on my account was £24k in this period. I think I was down £19k at this point. I asked for my other £11k and they just said that a thorough investigation was done and I wouldn’t be getting anything else!

So to summarise, please avoid these schoolboys. They are incompetent and your money is not safe!

Complete waste of time
I'm a small stakes customer and after reading about the 100% deposit bonus I thought I'd give BetBright a try. So I could have more bets and my money would last a bit longer I deposited the maximum amount £100 & BetBright added another £100. I understand you have to bet so much before the bonus is added to your cash and that is totally acceptable because some people would just deposit and then try to withdraw the bonus and their own deposit. I like to have an interest in NH racing so I opened an account to actually BET not to mess around. So when I went to place my first bet of only £8 EW on a horse priced at 7/1 running at Sandown I was offered only £1.47. I then went to place a £3 Win bet on a 10/1 shot and they would only allow me £1.27. Totally ridiculous! How can they call themselves a bookmaker if they don't take even small bets. I've placed 100s of bets a year like this with Bet365 with no problems at all. Ive now put in a withdrawal "request" for my £100 without placing a single bet. Before I closed my account I was sent a number of emails encouraging me to play in their casino. I'll say no more!!

My advice is don't waste your time, like they wasted mine, by opening an account with BetBright.

I m sure people can draw their own conclusions from all the 5star reviews from people with Just the one review. We're not stupid

I got restricted after a handful of bets and had to send in ridiculous amount of identification in just to get my money back after being restricted
Before this I kept getting calls trying to get me to bet with them. Calling me to let know the football season was starting etc. Cold calling from bookies is a new low

The prices are poor as well check oddschecker and rarely make the top section of odds.

This is all factual so no reason why this should be removed though no doubt they'll lodge a complaint.

It's a shame instead of having a full pr team on here they can't instead take a decent bet or go Best odds on comparison sites

Warning - Do not bet on their website using a mobile device. Cash out option is shown as a big icon which can accidentally be triggered when scrolling on your phone. Any decent Bookmaker would give you a second option to confirm your decision but not these guys. Hit the option once and you've cashed out as per their terms and conditions so give them a swerve.

Please don't tell me that's it's an anomaly as you have all these 5* ratings. I was told you pay £10 to customers to leave a good review. What on earth would people sign up to praise you for no good reason. Very very suspicious

Your prices are below average and your free bet has so many hidden extras on I gave up.
You restricted me after half a dozen bets and made me jump through hoops to get my money withdrawn. That's not what I call great.

This is a genuine review and if you try and remove it I'll complain to Trust pilot and also tell all of all social media about the what some may call fake ratings. The biggest online bookie 365 is rated bad on here but you're rated great. I guess they've not got people deleting bad comments... no way is this acceptance

Decent with quick pay outs and odds but they need to wait till 3pm every day before they process your withdrawal. The worst thing is how tight they are with free bets, 3 grand I bet this month and they think it's acceptable to offer me a £5 free bet .

I have only used Betbright a couple of times I love playing blackjack and occasionally have a punt on the horses. The blackjack platform loads extremely well and the graphics and all round playing experience is a delight. I have to say initially on the very first deposit I won and the withdrawal took some time to return to my account. Since then I have won and deposited and withdrawn via PayPal and I have to say they are very efficient.

Phone support are helpful but I believe they only operate till 10pm in a supportive role. I spoke to an adviser on the phone about a withdrawal and she told me it would be in my PayPal account by 3pm. That's pretty efficient I know Sky betting are leading the way in terms of getting withdrawals back quickly to customers but 6 hrs is pretty good.

So yes my advice deposit via PayPal you are nearly there Betbright but so far I have enjoyed my gaming experience with you.
