I received the wrong sneakers. I am still waiting to hear from this business.

I got my sneakers pretty swiftly. They gave me some stickers. Really cute! I would purchase from Kicks crew again for sure.

Ordered some Salomons, not overly priced to say they were sold out everywhere else. However, got a £101 tax and import bill, I knew there would be one but didn’t realise how much so just something to note before ordering.

Runs big, hurts my feet.

I recently had a problem with my order, it took a long time because of customs, but Kicks Crew sent me a full refund and gave me a discount code to use on my next order. I'm extremely sorry it was a customs problem, but I'm grateful for them fixing the issue and giving me a refund very quickly. Thanks for doing good business with that.👍🏾👍🏾

Loved the shipping ordered on the 12th and came on the 21st only like a week shipping but had bad communication had to only use ups to track my package but shoes fit great you’ll js need to break them in they’re a but bulky at first but you’ll get used to em

Be careful of this shoe company! I order some Yeezy for my daughter and never received them. They were supposedly delivered to the store, were they were signed. I went to the store and received the run around. I still paid for the shoes, but it ruined my daughter’s Christmas! Buyer beware

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Kickscrew warrants a warning to anyone considering buying from them.

I ordered a pair of Nike Metcons for my wife, something she was genuinely excited about. What should have been a straightforward purchase turned into a frustrating and disappointing ordeal. First, shipping took over two weeks, which is already well beyond reasonable expectations in today’s market.

But the real issue came when the shoes finally arrived damaged. Not minor flaws, but clearly subpar condition for a product sold as new. These things happen, and I was fully prepared to handle it through a simple exchange or refund. That’s where Kickscrew completely failed.

Customer service was dismissive and unhelpful from the start. I was essentially told that quality “isn’t their problem” because they don’t manufacture the shoes only inspect them. If that’s the case, then their inspection process is clearly inadequate, and they’re passing that failure directly onto their customers. Refusing to take responsibility for the condition of products they ship is unacceptable.

At the end of the day, I paid for a new, undamaged product and did not receive it and Kickscrew refused to make it right.

If Kickscrew wants to be taken seriously as a retailer, here’s what needs to change:
- Accountability: If you sell it, you stand behind it. Period.
- Quality Control: Improve inspection standards so damaged items aren’t shipped in the first place.
- Customer Service: Empower your support team to resolve issues, not deflect them.
- Returns/Exchanges: Implement a fair, customer-first policy for defective products.

Until those changes are made, I strongly recommend avoiding Kickscrew. There are plenty of other retailers who actually stand behind what they sell.

Kind of scared at the beginning because it took many days to process and ship out but afterwards everything perfect. Shoes are great. Would definitely buy again.

i haven't had any email of delivery confirmation from a courier
the last email i received was on 14th of April and was a shipping update for my order KS2333883
and now i've received an email of you asking how it went with the delivery
if you could get back to me with a proof of delivery or what courier delivered my parcel could be helpful

I have written 3 times asking how I can these sneakers which are uncomfortable for me.

Do not buy from this website! I bought a pair of shoes for my son for his birthday and the website said that they would arrive on time, well it is now 3 days after my son’s birthday and I have not received them. Tracking still says it’s not even close to arriving. To top it off regular shipping was $35.00 and there was no option for expedited shipping. You would think $35.00 would be more than enough to get my shoes delivered in a reasonable amount of time. Absolute price gauging!!
Update: I received my shoes 5 days after the outlined shipping date and I was originally so mad that I just wanted to return them but my son likes them and wanted a different size because they didn’t fit. So I contacted kickscrew.com and didn’t receive a follow up email till about four days later and mind you they give you a 14 day window after it is delivered to return an item. I told them that I wanted to either return them for a full refund because I paid 35 dollars for shipping and it was delayed by 5 days or I want to exchange the shoes for a different size. They sent me an email saying it would be $20 to return the shoes plus a 15% restocking fee and they gave me no option to exchange for a different size. This company is a complete scam!
Save your time and money and buy your shoes somewhere else like StockX or Goat!

Product arrived fast. Selection of rare finds. Shoes are exactly what I was looking for! Will def order from KickCrew again.
