AVOID THIS COMPANY!!
Following my previous review!AVOID THIS COMPANY! I’ve had Weeks in dispute with Kickscrew now they’re Not accepting my return of Ugg Boots which arrived in poor condition & filthy! Not as described. Support was unhelpful and issue remains unresolved.
Product arrived in poor condition (tags detached) and because I haven’t videoed opening this parcel my Refund still not been resolved despite evidence!

For the amount you pay in shipping, I should have the sneakers in just a few days. It takes so long for your sneakers to actually get to you. You don’t even have tracking info in a few days.

They most definitely keep you updated on your package you dnt have to stress about tracking it
Find the merchandise is was super easy and convenient. Also any questions I had was answered immediately I didn’t have to wait for someone to respond back in a certain amount of hours. Last I didn’t have to worry about checking my package arrival time because they kept me updated every step of the way.

Very conniving and sneaky, company
They are very unprofessional on the site. It said it gives you a half an hour to cancel. Was not even able to cancel it after four minutes. They charge you an outrageous shipping fee and then if you do get the product in time which took forever they charge you a 15% from your actual price and you have to pay the $20 shipping fee to send it back

Taiwan-based - expect customs charges
This company is based in Taiwan - at least that’s where they sent my trail shoes from, which meant I had to pay 46€ customs charge. Funnily enough they forgot to make any of this clear on their website. Delivery was also an expensive €18. We’ll be avoiding these people and making sure we buy from Europe next time. Avoid (unless you’re in Taiwan)
