This is not the supplier you are looking for.
Money taken immediately, no response when asking for a posting date. Insecure login for their site leaving your details unsafe. No response to any emails requesting cancellation and return of money only secured through Paypal resolution. AVOID.

Think Twice before Placing Order
Ordered a Dyson part on 24/11/2017 and received notification that item had been despatched on 27/11/2017 with Royal Mail tracking reference.
Part still not delivered by 04/12/2017 so checked Royal mail tracking which stated that they still hadn't received part from KGA Supplies.
What really angered me was the time wasted waiting for the part that had never been despatched. Bunch of non truthful people who don't mind wasting customers time. Only saving grace was the fact I received full refund after I emailed eBay. Once refund has been agreed you have no means of scoring the company on eBay which means they keep their high positive feedback.

like the previous review ordered a replacement part still waiting to receive 2 weeks later. They have taken our money not responding to emails no phone number to contact company. Trying to resolve through PayPal. Do not use this company they steal your money !!

Very poor service
Ordered a replacement part. Very quick to take my money, but no part delivered. I've still had no communication direct from the company, just a refund out of the blue from PayPal. Which to be fair is I suppose the important thing.
No explanation despite request from KGA supplies and disappointingly, it seems they censor reviews on their own website, so my disappointment with their failure to fulfil the order has not been published. Problems and mistakes happen and to err is human and I'm usually pretty understanding, but you can resolve that by communicating with your customer. Sadly in this case they have also completely lost my trust and I for one will be steering clear.
