Hind sight a good thing!!
Wish I had read reviews on this company before buying from them. Yes, their delivery service is in order. HOWEVER, "69% bad reviews" must mean something. The item I purchased didn't fit. I have sent 1 email, with photos and completed their site form some 12 times with just one reply asking for details of the model I have, to which I replied by return. The 0808 phone number is not recognised. Asked Paypal to help and have ended up with 100% refund.

Avoid at all costs this company is the worst I have dealt with ordered Dyson remote they sent some lever for a candy machine emailed numerous times sent pics and not one reply got to wait for PayPal to sort this company is despicable
And no phone number I have give them my phone number to reply but nothing

Ordered part and came on time. Fitted and it blew up as they had sent a 21 volt model not 240! It also damaged another item at the same time.
Now more expense repairing damaged parts

Bought replacement filter holder for coffee maker. Arrived quickly but leaks. Want to return for refund but contact via ebay and emails solicits no response and no phone number. So, avoid if you can.

Ordered a replacement filter set for my VAX vacuum cleaner via Ebay and everything was excellent. Great price, arrived quickly, and it worked. I would happily use them again.

Both products arrived broken and no response from the supplier. I will now need to try and receive recompense for these products from my credit card supplier.

Purchased Genuine Krups item off this supplier and after it broke under 6 months found no way contacting the supplier via ebay ,says too busy to answer messages .
tried emailing that was waste time .
Basically buy off them hope it fine or you wont ever speak or return anything best is if purchased of Krups had 2 year guarantee .
Give this supplier wide birth and find some one else.

I purchased oven cleaner from this company on Amazon. I have just received a message on my answering machine on my home telephone from a company asking me if I want my oven professionally cleaned. I have real concerns about data protection with this company and would urge others to think twice before purchasing from them. I will be pursuing this.

Really fast dispatch of Sebo2 cleaner filters. One had a manufacturing fault so I used the simple e-bay messaging service to KGA and uploaded a photo. I had a quick reply to say a replacement would be sent. This arrived with an additional filter free of charge for my (minimal) inconvenience. All this happened in just 5 days from the initial order. I doubt this service can be bettered. Thanks also to the Royal Mail who provided tracked next day delivery on their 48hr service twice... without throwing the parcels over the gate!

FINAL UPDATE 2/10/2019

I finally got sorted, not by eBay, who refused to deal with the issue but by PayPal who have given me a refund without having to return the item with that hefty postal charge for doing so.

I have given my review on eBay which I am not sure if I will ever use again due to how they have abdicated their responsibilities to Irish customers specifically but hope their website changes as a result of all I went through with them.

As to this company KGA, they completely ignored my complaint through eBay at first, due to my query re return postage insisting I return item to get a refund. Once I pursued the postage problem they stopped contact and ignored me. When I finally contacted PayPal and, having failed with EBay, opened a complaint with PayPal, it was quickly resolved because KGA ignored my complaint and thus the matter went in my favour.

Please Remember Irish Consumers - only deal with PayPal when you have a complaint about a purchase on the eBay platform. eBay DOES NOT offer a money back guarantee to Irish consumers. After my experience, I would suggest paying for anything on eBay through PayPal. My credit card is charged when I purchase through PayPal. It was my safeguard. Would not use KGA again and eBay in doubt especially reading some more reviews on them compared with Amazon.

A WARNING PARTICULARLY TO IRISH CONSUMERS

To all consumers do not use this company. I am stuck with a set of crowns for burners on a hob which I paid €21 for and which were insufficiently described online and which subsequently do not fit. It will cost me €11 to return them and now that I see that these people do not even refund p & p, never mind return postage, I have to give up.

Not only this but a note for Irish consumers - eBay does not allow opening a dispute, which I also just found out and which I have reported the full story today under my eBay review.

Our consumer rights are being gravely flaunted but I have spent hours on this and I can do no more.

We should never do business with any company who is not reviewed here and if I had only checked here before I purchased from both KGA-supplies and eBay, I never would have gone near either. eBay was never this bad in the past.

I have sent a full description of all this to our national broadcaster RTE here in Ireland and awaiting to speak to the public about what is going on.

Many of these stories here about KGA nothing short of thievery.

Would like to give them 0 stars.... written, got certificates of postage and signed for letters...persistent emails ... no replies. THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE TRADING ...avoid!! am out of pocket and given up!

KGA Supplies, based in Chatteris, Cambridgeshire, PE16 6TG do not even deserve one star! Their customer service is utterly utterly utterly utterly appalling.

- Problem with a Dyson vacuum replacement motor I purchased through eBay. Works for a maximum of 10 minutes then cuts out for at least half an hour. I bought 4 motors to replace old units (personal use, not for commercial use) and want to return 3 unused. They completely ignore my correspondence.

Pathetic, non-professional, so-called "company', who do not deserve anyone's trade.

Keep your hard-earned money. Buy elsewhere.

Absolute joke of a company, ordered a new hoover head for my Henry Hover and they've sent me a used one covered in dust, pubes and dog hair and dust....total bunch of Charlatans

brought a hose for a victor v9 hoover, didn't fit, emailed over 2 weeks ago, no reply and no phone number to contact, won't be using them again

Received an order..........supposed to be three items in package but only two in there, despite paperwork saying that three had been sent. Emailed company and got no response. Emailed again later in the week and again no response. No telephone number to contact either.........so much for customer service!!!! I'm angry and frustrated and feel that they simply don't care.The missing part was only a couple of pounds, but not the point. Avoid this company as they seem not to care after they get your cash???
PS: To the Company............People only leave bad reviews if they are unhappy, they don't make these stories up for fun, and it really is not difficult to sort problems!!!

My 85 year old mother purchased an item that was incorrectly advertised. When she contacted company they said just send it back for a refund. She did this and they refunded the purchase price but not the p&p which they should have done. Very poor customer services.

Wrong item delivered quickly, but not so the return.
Despite several requests on how to return, as they 'couldn't print a label' the only response was to go to the Post Office.
Got a refund for the item but not the postage.
Because the item was returned the order has disappeared and no way to contact supplier.
