The aftermarket replacement plastic cutting blades are made from brittle plastic. The OEM blade I replaced had survived for several years without shattering but had worn down! These non genuine blades only last a matter of minutes. Seller refused refund. Avoid this seller.

Received a product I didn’t even order, no idea how they got my address, looks like a Dyson filter, funny that we’ve got Gtech? Unsolicited goods?

I ordered some sebo vac bags. They sent Vax bags. Small problem you would think. I have sent 3 contact forms and had no response. The telephone number is not answered at all. I would not do business again with this company. Their customer service is non existent. Be aware if you go to buy items from them.

Scamming company who take your money then ignore you when there's an issue. Luckily I used PayPal and was able to claim my money back.
Ordered an item which arrived with parts missing and looking used. Contacted KGA but was ignored. I had to use PayPal to get my money back.

Item paid for last November still haven’t received it. No response to my emails. I couldn’t recommend this company.

Ordered an oven element from this company.
It was despatched on the 4th January. After not receiving the item I ordered within the specified amount of time I contacted the company via their messaging application on their website. After an initial response stating that my package was still at the delivery depot after 6 days and that they would contact Hermes. I heard nothing after this initial response despite my further messages posted on their website. I tried phoning the company on several occasions without any response. I finally received the item I ordered 16 days after it being despatched which is unacceptable. Maybe this company should get another delivery company and answer their web mail. I won't be using this company again. I will certainly avoid Hermes.

They advertised a mattress tool on ebay to fit a Dyson DC14 vacuum cleaner. When it arrived it did not fit,so I contacted them and they requested my DC 14 model, only to be told that it did not fit that DC14 model. There was no mention of this on the ebay site. Also, how was I to know that there was more than one model of a DC 14. To get a refund I had to return the item at my own expense as they refused to pay return postage. I contacted ebay,they got my refund but were of no help on return postage. If you look at the reviews for this company and ebay, then Customer Service does not exist. On this Trustpilot site, 63% bad reviews says it all for this Company.

Purchased glass cover for neff oven light advertised using neff part no. the cover i received was 3mm less in depth than the original so not enough clearance to accomodate the bulb. No telephone to contact and they do not respond to emails.So save your money,do not go near them.

I gave one star because there wasn’t any lower. I returned a part bought from them over three weeks ago and still no refund or contact. I have emailed the six times without reply. What a poor firm

The belts we received were not belts that fits the Hoover model DM6210 as claimed in your listing (eBay) and as such we want a full refund. This is entirely your mistake as the goods are not fit for purpose and we will not be paying return postage as the fault lies completely with you. They arrived in a plastic mail bag not genuine part or even in a manufacturers pack of any kind. Please send correct part or refund my money and you arrange to get these inferior bits of rubber back. They want me to pay £5 postage to return a £3 part which was not as described in the listing then they suggest hot water to make it fit total cowboys!!(By the way its 3"short not just 2))

hi they are the correct belts if you put belts in hot water before fitting theyt will stretch up to 2 inches they need to be tight and are designed to stretch

DONT BUY fom these people bought a actifryer handle which does not fit. Tried ringing them no chance emailed them no chance dont answer emails either. company's like this shouldn't be allowed to do any business. SCAMMERS

I purchased a Dyson Brush head assembly, which failed with a flash and bang within 2 months of purchase. I have repeatedly messaged and emailed to request if there is any guarantee and if so is the item covered by themselves or Dyson. They have failed to respond to any. Customer service Zero. if you believe any of the one line good reviews, just a ploy to boost Trustpilot rating. More fool you.

I ordered a replacement door handle for my fridge freezer from this company. The product code matched exactly and not one but two handles arrived which would have been great had they fitted. They’re clearly for another model as too long for my door. As I ordered through eBay I had to fund the return postage myself to get a refund. I tried emailing them to ask that they pay return postage and got no response. Although the price of the item was refunded I don’t feel this is enough. To add insult to injury eBay aren’t showing it as a previous order and therefore I can’t provide feedback directly on the website. Shoddy all round.

I ordered repair kit for neff dishwasher because door opened uncontrolled,ordered Monday night arrived Wednesday morning fitted in five minutes works brilliantly took me longer to slide dishwasher back.

Absolutely terrible service, have sent 3 emails & 2 of their contact forms! I just want to exchange the wrong item they sent. 1 star for how quickly they posted. Won't use them again.

I ordered a grill pan from KGA supplies via Amazon. It arrived quickly but was completely the wrong one. They don’t have a phone number - not surprising! They don’t respond to emails. All I want is a pre paid label to return the Item and get my money back.
Therefore, I contacted Amazon and had several conversations on chat lines (can’t talk on phone because of Covid19) Their agents were as helpful as they possibly could be. Presumably, they got no response from KGA. and are now investigating. Hopefully, I’ll get a refund from themselves. Shouldn’t have to be like this though.

Do not buy from here ! My order arrived in a paper envelope which was ripped. Not surprising the item was damaged. I contacted KGA several times and didn't even get a response. Funny how most reviews are bad and a handful give five stars....! I only gave one star as it was the minimum you needed to give to write a review, but as another said would've given none.
