I purchased my leather seats in August 2021 and added the Two-Degreez heating and cooling system. Shortly after installation, the cooling feature stopped working. I returned to the original installer, who fixed it, but it only worked for two days. I was then sent to a second installer an hour away, where the cooling function appeared to work.

On the drive home, my vehicle’s A/C stopped working. After my mechanic repaired the blower, the A/C worked again—until I turned on the seat cooling, which caused the A/C to fail once more. This cycle repeated, and further inspection revealed a blown fuse each time. Ultimately, my mechanic traced the issue to the seat cooling system being improperly wired into the vehicle’s A/C system, causing the fuse to blow.

I contacted Katzkin and was promised a $700 refund and a repair appointment to correct the installation. Neither the refund nor the repair was ever provided. As a result, I was sold a feature I cannot use. While the leather seats themselves look good and have held up well, the cooling system has been unusable.

Absolutely amazing experience. There was some confusion in my order which I thought was my fault but without any questions asked Katzkin replaced the covers that I ordered and I couldn’t be happier. I would use them again and again.

I can’t say enough about all the people at Katelin…especially Amber in customer service who seems to be working 24/7 to ensure that my awesome (they look amazing) seat covers reach the installers on a very tight timeline.

I ordered custom leather seats, and am very pleased with how they came out. I found the Katzkin staff to be very responsive and helpful.

I was on the fence for sometime, thinking that this upgrade would be out of my comfort zone, in regards to the price range. I am beyond happy. The customer support, the follow through. The seats were replaced in one day and came out fantastic.

I heard about Katzkins from a passerby that had a bronco as I do also and showed me what he had done...he was impressed with the workmanship and quality. So was I, so I went on-line and started the process of designing what I wanted through there website and with the help of Ashley, we came up with exactly what I wanted...3 weeks later it was installed by a company near my home and they as well did a great job installing them in about 4 hours!
I am very pleased with the whole process and will be recommending Katzkins to my friends!

Easy, wish they had more installers but wasn’t bad only 45 minute drive, seats are beautiful and came out so much better than I expected, John was patient and not pushy and I did eventually get him the sale and I’m so happy I did worth it!

I wasn’t sure about putting aftermarket leather seats in my brand new ‘26 Silverado HD but they are Beautiful! So glad I did!
Amber made some suggestions, I decided on the two-tone of brown down the center and Black on the sides…Sweet!

The attention to detail is amazing nearly 20 years later the leather still looks like new. Quality work and great customer service. Can't change the date to 20 years ago but this is proof these seat covers are legit.

I’ve had Katzkin in other vehicles and have always been satisfied. I’m happy with my seats in my F150.

I had Katzkin leather seat covers installed in my 2020 Dodge Ram when the truck was new. At the time, I was told by my dealer that they came with a lifetime warranty — which unfortunately turned out not to be the case. While that miscommunication wasn’t Katzkin’s fault, I was disappointed to learn the actual warranty period was much shorter when I started having issues.

After about six years, the seats have started to fall apart. The armrest is heavily cracked, and several seat panels are splitting despite regular care and normal use. The disappointing part is that it now costs more to repair or replace the damaged leather than it would to buy a new set outright. My truck only has 50,000 miles and is only used to pull a camper or take of trash.

When the seats were new, they looked fantastic and really elevated the truck’s interior. I was genuinely impressed with the appearance and feel at first — but the durability just hasn’t held up over time. For the price, I expected a longer lifespan and a more straightforward warranty process
