Gem stone replacement ball
I purchased a replacement gem stone ball for my naval bar. The item was well packaged and sent promptly. Only disappointment was the size of the ball, thought it may have been a bit bigger. I would purchase from the company again though.

Disappointment in Stud Size Leads to an Even Bigger Disappointment
Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my purchasing experience. I initially ordered the 2pt Diamond Lip & Labret Stud. It arrived in pretty good time but it was a lot smaller than I expected. (I guess that's my fault for not knowing what the size would be) You could barely see the diamond. Customer service told me it'd be no problem to exchange or return it for the larger one. Because I needed it pretty quickly for a gift, I ordered the 3.5pt diamond and sent back the 2pt for a refund instead of exchanging it. When the 3.5pt arrived, it didn't seem to be any larger than the first one, but I decided to keep it because I didn't want to go through the hassle of returning that one too. According to my tracking number the return should have arrived back to the store but for some reason they said never received it. (According to the mail info, it was not accepted by the receiver.) Supposedly, the package was sent back to me. That was waaay back in February 2016 and this is July 2016...I have yet to receive the 2pt diamond stud or my refund back. I didn't want to leave a bad review so I waited hoping against all odds that it'd finally get here or something. So not only was I disappointed with the size of the 3.5pt stud that I ordered to replace the initial 2pt one, but I'm also out of the money I paid for the 2pt because I never received my refund or never got the actual stud itself back plus the money I paid to ship the 2pt stud back to Karma Se7en. The customer service guy was very nice but that doesn't change the fact I still ended up losing money and unfortunately, they did nothing to help compensate that loss especially considering I was in constant communication with them and followed their instructions every step of the way.

Would it be possible to contact our customer service team on info@karase7en.com and provide the tracking number and address that you tried to return your parcel to? I have checked our system and we do not seem to have received any returned items for any of your orders. Neither have been provided any information from the USPS or Royal mail regarding an attempted delivery. However I can confirm that we do not refuse to accept any deliveries so I am unsure why the tracking would state 'not accepted by the receiver'. With your tracking information I would be able to see what has happened and what postal depot provided this information.
If the parcel has been returned back to you I would advise contact your local USPS office and they would also be able let you know more details regarding this delivery also.
As soon as we have received your email I will have the looked into straight away for you.

I can confirm that all of our body jewellery items are sold as individual items, due to this if a pair is required 2 items do need to be requested. I have had a quick look into your order history and on the 1st order you placed you had requested only 1 item. However when you then placed your 2nd order you had then requested 2 items instead rather than just another single item to create a pair with the item you already received. This should be reflected on your order confirmation & shipping emails.
With regards to the items that you received with the wrong colour please accept our apologies for this. So we can look into this issue and have it resolved for you as soon as possible could you please send our customer service team an email (info@karmase7en.com) with a picture of the items you received?
