Nice nose stud, but they LIE!
Lovely nose stud, just such a shame they lied!! I returned a nose stud, as it was so bent, on the understanding they would send me a new one. They emailed me to say it was no longer in stock, so I looked on their website and it was in stock. I asked again and they said it was out of stock and they would take it off their site. So I called their bluff and order it..... It turned you with in a few days!! All because they didn't want to repost it and pay out. WATCH OUT for this.

I can assure you that wherever possible we will always process a replacement for our customers if requested rather than a refund. However for the Gold & Honey Topaz nose studs we actually stock this item with 2 different sized gemstones. The larger oft these 2 options is actually out of stock as shown in the link below:

Order refunded without any explanation
I bought some items from this company and a day later found the payment had been refunded to my PayPal account without any explanation.
Since the original payment method was PayPal, my refund is now stuck in a 'pending' situation in my account, so I am unable to currently retrieve it.
I don't know what happened with this transaction, but if the company were unable to sell me the goods for whatever reason, they should not have accepted my payment.
I would also have expected to have been given some explanation as to why this transaction was abandoned.
Very poor service indeed - I would not buy anything from this company again.

I am afraid that we are only able to issue a refund using the original method of payment and due to this the refund was sent back to your PayPal account. It appears that this transaction has left our account successfully so I am unsure on why your account shows this as 'pending' However if you contact PayPal they should be able to resolve this for you. Just purchased a 9ct gold CZ 3mm nose stud. Ordered Tuesday here by Thurday am. Just what I wanted. Absolutely lovely, delicate gold claws with sparkly crystal. Will definitely buy from Karmase7en again. Would recommend whole-heartedly.

9ct gold precious stones nose studs 2.1mm
I ordered 4 precious stones nose studs 2.1mm in 9ct gold. Unfortunately, I'm returning all but one nose stud. This is due to the gold claws encroaching onto the stones, leaving me unable to see the colour of the stone inside. I have kept one stud, the parabia topaz which is very pretty. I'm also returning the box for nose studs with sponge inside as it looks like a tobacco box. The studs do not resemble the photographs illustrated on the site, whereby the stones can clearly be seen. I'm really sorry.
