I used to buy jewellery form here all the time, and they were always reliable, cheap and provided great service.
However within the past few months, they've deleted their Facebook page, stopped updating their website and haven't posted to other social media since last year, at the latest.
I sent an email a month ago expressing my concerns and I received no reply. All the latest reviews have 1 star too, saying there was no trace of the ordered products, and no communication from the team at all.
Do not make purchases from here. You'll just end up having to get your money back and cause yourself an unnecessary fuss. Karma Se7en is no more.

Placed an order on the 6th of April, despite advertising same day dispatch I still haven't received my order and it is now the 19th of April, there "track and trace" on their website says my order is being picked ready for dispatch but it has said this since the 6th.

The phone number just constantly rings and then tells you all their operators are currently busy and I've been trying constantly for the last 2 days.

I've sent them an email 2 days ago but I'm not holding my breath for a response. Thank fully I paid through PayPal so I will be opening a case for my money back through them if I've not had a response by the end of this week.

Update: I've now received my money back through Pay Pal and I've still not had no contact from Karma Se7en. They didn't even respond to the Pay Pal claim.

Have not received my item and no one is responding to my emails. This is the second time I have had this problem with KarmaSe7en. I carried on shopping as mistakes do happen, but for it to happen again is not acceptable. I understand that items do go missing in the post (am an online retailer myself) but it's the complete lack of responses that show the true calibre of a business. I will be putting in a PayPal claim unless someone comes back to me.

This is a CON! They take your money and then you get nothing and you get NO reply from them. Avoid this scam!

Excellent service and never had a bad item of poor quality I will be passing details on to anyone who has piercing.

Really good. Ordered Tuesday night. Parcel arrived Thursday. Very cheap and good quality. I've used this firm a lot before with no issues.

Ordered a tragus piercing over a week ago now first class, I have not received it yet and there has been no reply to my multiple emails. My hole is at risk of closing up after losing my other one hence why I ordered first class to get it ASAP. Very very poor communication (NON AT ALL APPARENTLY!)

My order did not arrive. I contactect customer services who said that they would not do anything for two weeks..my nose piercing is already closing ap after I lost my last one which is why I ordered in the first place. Really bad experience both with shipping and customer service..would not recommend

I ordered a very sweet wee earring for my tragus piercing. A solid gold heart on a bioflex post.When it arrived, it looked as cute as online.
My order arrived very quickly, but my reason for giving only 3 stars, and sending the product back, is that it was FAR too small for a tragus piercing(or mine anyway!). I thought about keeping it for my lobe but to be honest, it looked too small for that too.
I am really disappointed.
