The delivery person asked help from me in taking out the boxes from the truck but he did not help me to bring them to my apartment door even though I paid for door-to-door service. The boxes are too heavy for one person.

Excellent service by Diaco at Vermlandsgade 51, 2300 København.
We asked for the availability of a table and Diaco was quick, helpful and kind but most importantly very professional as he was super busy with other customer but didn’t forget us.

I recently purchased two duck down pillows (50x70, 750g) from the JYSK store in Sumqayit. I was expecting comfort and a good night's sleep, but these pillows have been a complete disappointment.
Even though they are filled with duck down, they have almost no loft. The moment you put your head down, they become completely flat and provide zero support. It is very upsetting to have spent my money on a product that is impossible to use for its intended purpose.
JYSK is a brand I usually trust, but the quality of this specific item is very poor. I feel that I have wasted my money on these pillows and would not recommend them to anyone.

i ordered home delivery and it was delivered to the pakkeshop and I dont have a car and it was horrible and they still charged me for home delivery price

I used klick og hent, purely for speed, but even though I was notified the order was ready to collect, it was not and the only reason they received a four star was because the assistant went out into the shop to collect my order. So obviously not as fast a service as I hoped.

Horrible delivery and after-sales service, worst I've ever experienced!
I waited at home all day, and the GLS (Global Logistics Service) delivery person didn't even notice me, delivering my package directly to the self-pickup point. So I had to walk 800 meters to pick up my huge box of chairs.
The problem wasn't just the delivery service; I contacted JYSK, and they refused to refund the extra delivery fee I paid. It's incredibly disappointing; IKEA's postal service is far superior to JYSK's.

Hi JYSK Kundeservice,
I am having extremely bad customer experience with JYSK this case 30688760. There are so many levels of mistakes made here both from the store, kundeservice and also the backend system. Following is the sequence of action so far.
1. I placed an order of DKK 8745 in JYSK Nørrebro store on 11.04.2026. Order number 4089007083. I wanted the delivery date to be on 10.05.2026. But the store agent by mistake set the delivery date on 25.04.2026.
2. On 24.04.2026 I received the automated mail that my order is ready for delivery on the next day that is 25.04.2026
3. It was not possible for me to accept the delivery on that day, hence I called Knudeservice to cancel the order.
4. Kundeservice canceled the order, sent me a credit note PDF document (order number 4900697265). Asked for my bank account details where they said refund money (DKK 8570) will come in the next 5-10 business days.
5. Kundeservice also mentioned that the delivery charge of DKK 175 cannot be refunded by system, so they gave a gift card of the same amount.
6. On 08.05.2026, as it was already 11 business days since I requested for the refund and nothing was paid out yet, I called Kundeservice again and they said the refund failed in the system due to technical error and asked me to go to the store to get the money back.
7. I went to the JYSK Nørrebro store and the store agent after talking to the Kundeservice over phone and checking the details in the system, told me it is not possible for him to help with the refund. A Kundeservice agent Victoria (I don't the full name or the correct spelling) would call me on 08.05.2026 or 09.05.2026 to further discuss the case to find a solution. I have not received any call yet and still waiting for it.
In the meantime I had to obviously order everything again as I needed those furniture and paid for everything once more while waiting for the refund for the cancelled order.
So far I have visited the store 5 times and called Kundeservice 4-5 times already for various issues related to this order and refund related problems. Not sure how many more rounds it will take to solve it.
JYSK has always been my preferred brand when it comes to purchasing furniture. But the unfortunate experience this time is really impacting my impression as a customer about JYSK and how you handle the case and compensate when customers need to suffer for mistakes committed from the company end.
I hope someone reads this and sends an acknowledgement and works towards finding a solution as soon as possible.
