Placed a McDonald’s order, took nearly an hour to arrive, driver admitted fault to going wrong way stating issue with their phone. Food arrived obviously stone cold and drinks had spilled and leaked through bags making all food inedible and fit for the bin.
Complained to JustEat and on second complaint was issued £6.57 in credit out of a £40 order. If they believe I will be using them again to use the credit they are wrong! Tried to escalate further but no luck. Will be processing a chargeback through bank. Abysmal.

I ordered and the meal arrived with missing items. I contacted Just Eat support straight away and provided proof, including photos of what was missing. Despite this, they refused to issue any refund or resolution. It’s really disappointing honestly, I was expecting better from a company that is this massive. The customer support was not helpful in resolving the issue. I will never be ordering from just eat again, I’ll be telling my friends and others about what happened so they can be aware.

Here we go, I thought I would give a try to register as a driver to deliver on my spare rime, however there is huge issues, app is very user unfriendly, I cant change my delivery zone l, the one I have always says its full. In edituon, after completing all the steps and getting ready to deliver, they blocked my accpunt saying unable to confirm identity. New drivers, dont even bother, this company is a joke

Ordered food from Gregg's through Just Eat and they didn't honour the order fully. When complaining Just Eat just gave me the middle finger. So both of these companies have defrauded me. Wouldn't trust either of them ever again.

I have used Just eat quite often past 5-10 years, and i requested a refund only once on 11.03.2026 because the driver could not find the address, and removed my order from his thermal bag while he was roaming at the street. Meaning the food i received was super cold. Additionally, i had to walk 5 mins outside to find the driver. When i raise this with Just eat, they said "the decision is right and we wont refund you." And i was fine with that, i said delete my account and personal data under GDPR, they credited me only £4.91 when the order was £19. And i repeat my request, delete my personal data from your database under GDPR. Like a parrot, they repeated the same thing. I will pass this over to ICO if my request gets ignored. People who work here has absolutely zero emphaty, capitalism at it's peak.

They are a terrible delivering company. Delays over delays. ETA keeps changing every 1-2 min. Food comes cold and drinks spillage inside the bag. Tip should not be an option. They get paid the right amount of money to deliver. Everything is common sense. You got gps to know where you will drop off the goods for the customer.

If I could give a zero star rating I would they must have the worst possible ever customer service its none existent think we should all boycott this app !! If you havnt used before don't risk it

Delivered wrong items, worth a fraction of the price. Denied refund or return. Disgraceful. They stole my money. Scumbags! Definitely taking those crooks to the small claims.

I don’t know what’s happened to just eat but it’s honestly awful. Delays of over an hour every time now, can’t speak to anyone. Can’t cancel even if order taking forever. It’s actually disgusting how it’s still even running I will never be using them again. Deleting the app and I would suggest others do the same.

I complained about a fast food place taking the absolute biscuit by delivering my order 1 hr 45 mins after the ETA. Everything was cold and inedible at this point. After multiple emails the genius at Just-Eat thought refunding 20% of the total price paid was appropriate, with no explanation as to how they had come to that conclusion. I clearly won’t be continuing to use this app and move to Deliveroo or Uber Eats.

Sweet, crunchy irony. Just a few days ago, I left a review elsewhere and advised everyone to use JustEat. Fast forward to today, and I am literally getting ID'd at my own front door for the highly illicit and clearly dangerous contraband of... lettuce, tomatos, cold ham, and a loaf of bread.

I don’t know what kind of underground, black-market sandwich ring JustEat thinks I’m running, but this policy is the dumbest thing I've seen. Alcohol and tobacco products I can understand. Even energy drinks, I can get. But requiring me to prove I am a grown, 18-year-old adult to legally handle a freaking leafy green means we have officially crossed the event horizon of human stupidity.

What exactly is the fear here? That an unsupervised 16-year-old might go off the rails and accidentally make a nutritionally balanced lunch? The streets aren't safe!

At this rate, I fully expect to undergo a full MI5 background check next time I try to order a jar of mayonnaise.

Until last night we never needed theyre help. Last night we ordered through them food from Paya Chingford. The soup came almost all spilled in the bag and the stir fry beef with mushrooms was boiled beef with some vegetables and a lot of broth. We called the restaurant and they send back the delivery driver to take pictures of the food and retrieve the food. We was promised a refund that never happened. We followed JustEat procedure and gave picture with what we received also we informed them that the food was send back. In the chat it was send that someone will contact me, never happened. We were left without our money and the food. This app is not to be trusted!

Literally the worst company I have dealt with. KFC ordered turned up after 1.5 hours. Was freezing cold. I told the delivery driver I wasn't accepting it he laughed and said report it as not delivered. Literally could jot care less. It was followed up from by a call from just eat and the lady I was speaking g to was ruse and hung up on me. Do jot waste your money ordering from this company. Absolute disgrace!!

Very bad service. No food no refund

After over two months. I have still not received a refund. For food that was not delivered. At the time I phoned the shop. They said they had no courier.
After around three weeks from this date. Just eat sent me an email saying that I would have my refund within 10 days. It did not arrive.
I spoke to my credit card company they launched an inquiry just eat disputed the inquiry
The ridiculous thing is I forwarded the reply from just eat to my credit card company and yet these incompetent scammers are still disputing something they admitted to
You will be better off giving your money to a crack addict there are many other food delivery companies
Obviously, just eat couldn’t care less about its customers

I ordered from you want beef Acocks green at 11:40 it arrived at 1:09 they forgot 2 burgers food was freezing I requested a refund on the 2 missing items and just eat did not offer a refund do not recommend because if you have an issue they will not help you in anyway

Ordered food stuff was missing let them know right away, stalled for a day tried to say it's had been over 24 hours (even though we notified them right away) so wouldn't do anything despite the email chain proving we told them right away, will go via visa dispute and not use them again.

Terrible experience again. Completely Wrong order, argumentative driver who lied that they'd fix the order for me and never did. Bad bad bad

Ordered to my hotel in Edinburgh. Delivery person collected the order but never delivered the food. In other words stole it. I followed up immediately when I got the notification that the food was delivered. JUSTEATS response "We've looked into everything in detail to see what we can do. On this occasion, we're unable to offer a refund or compensation based on all the information we have."

So basically they did nothing. A joke of a service. Never ever use

Twice now my takeaway wasn't delivered. Both times I found the message tool within the app rubbish. You only speak to a robot not a person. The first time I was refunded within 24 hours after a bit of back and forth so that wasn't too bad.
This time, however, I have been told that my takeaway was delivered, and I'm not entitled to a refund.
Not only did I not get my food, but I also had to chase around about it to get nowhere. Now my money is not being returned for yet again a takeaway I haven't received. Terrible service.
