As a just eat partner they said the commission was 14% but they are taking 24% not good to work with should avoid

Just Eat are awful! My meal didn’t arrive and they’ve done nothing about it. Absolutely awful customer service!

Don't use this bunch of rip off merchants ordered food and received the wrong order. A refund was refused because they didn't see anything wrong. Appealed and they still said there nothing wrong.
So basically cost of food plus charges entities you to wrong food and terrible customer service.
THEY ARE RIPPING YOU OFF. DO NOT USE.

The worse customer experience I've ever had, not one thing if my order was delivered, and they still debited my account £62 , no refund, no apologies,no nothing, this app is run by criminals

If I could leave 0 stars I would. They are the most awful company and no one should use them. Their customer service is horrendous too. No opportunity for refund for the delivery despite having to go pick up the food myself as it was 2 1/2 hours late to be delivered.
Tried to speak to them and they kept saying they weren’t hearing from me so ended the chat.

Ordered Pizzas for a friend. Food never arrived. Tried to contact takeaway, their number does't work, Justeats help chat also doesn't work. My friend somehow contacted Pizza place. They said food was delivered, showed photo, was not the corrfect house! Can't contact Justeat so can't get a refund. So I'm out of pocket, my friend is left starving. NEVER AGAIN!

Why ask cold food delivered late.

Very disappointing experience with Just Eat.

I recently placed an order that arrived incomplete, with several items missing. I provided photos and the receipt as proof, yet customer support refused to offer any refund or compensation.

What is even more frustrating is that they claimed I had made “multiple claims recently”, which is simply not true. I have only reported one previous issue in the past, and that was also because items were missing from the order.

This particular order was placed while I had guests at my home, and it was calculated so that everyone would have enough food. When we opened the order and saw that several items were missing, it was extremely disappointing and embarrassing.

This is not only about the money, but about the principle. I paid for products that I did not receive, and I should not have to suffer the consequences of mistakes made by the restaurant or delivery process.

Customers deserve fair treatment when something clearly goes wrong.

In the last three weeks Just Eat app has been giving fake delivery times. Sometimes the app will say driver is on the way and then change to preparing your order. Four times today it has shown my order was being delivered but the driver was still at the takeaway!

Food was delivered 2 hours late!! It was delivered ice cold! This happened even after the app kept on telling us 30mins till we would receive our delivery. Appalling customer service. When we called and lodged our complaint they said it would take a week to get back to us.

Awful shocking 2 and half hours and still not received order , restaurant can't do anything. Still no driver assigned. Will never use just eat again.

I ordered food from KFC through Just Eat and unfortunately had a very bad experience. After a while, I noticed that the delivery address on the order was completely different from mine. I have no idea how this happened — it had changed to some random address in another town.

As soon as I realised, I immediately messaged the courier, explained the situation and gave him the correct address. He replied saying he would be with me in 20 minutes. Unfortunately, he never arrived, yet the order was still marked as delivered.

The most ridiculous part is that I never even gave him the delivery code, which is supposed to be required on delivery. So how could the order possibly have been marked as delivered?

After contacting support, I was told that the courier had probably left the food at the door because they were unable to reach me. That is completely untrue, because there was contact with the courier — I messaged him and gave him the correct address. Despite that, and without any evidence, Just Eat closed the case.

A very disappointing way to treat a customer. No real help, no proper investigation, and a complete disregard for the facts. I definitely would not recommend them.

Hyundai i20 hatchback 810838663 order number. time delivered 1238am Friday. your driver is caught on camera emptying the crap from his car onto my street. disgusting attitude

Poor service today. Grocery items delivered covered chemicals from in cleaning products, and paper bag wet from the spill. Spoke with 3 people in chat and still not resolved . Will not be using again. Very poor.

Lost £24 with just eat. Left with no money and no food. Totally unacceptable

I would give negative stars but not possible, I went to put a tip on the order and the app reordered my entire order, there was no option to cancel and no customer support number/live chat to contact. I spoke to restaurant who said they spoke to just eat and just eat said I had to cancel but there was no option to do so. I ended up paying £80 for 3 portions of fish and chips as no way to contact them for refund !! I will never use again and warn people against them, this is fraudulent!

I Ordered desserts … they sent the wrong order! I complained… sent pics and heard literally nothing back!

Ordered food and waited for delivery. As it was a Friday night I expected a wait however food was ready within 30 mins but sat for 1 hr waiting for a driver. In the end I collected it myself. Will never use again and will be deleting the app.

Was asked if i wanted to pay 2.99 for just eat + credit £10. It seemed like a good idea only they took the 2.99 when i tried to use £5 credit its wouldnt work it kept coming up with error and finally it kicked me off i did not complete transaction i havent got food on the way but that the £5 credit is counted as spent, absolute disgrace and then non existent support can only complain about restuarants not there trash service... not getting anymore of my business
