Horrible site, failed to oblige by "contract"
So I pre-ordered 2 items a couple of months ago. I chose Canadian currency because I'm in Canada. My total was in Canadian funds.
When both items were shipped [separately], I was finally billed to my credit card. I noticed I was paying roughly 33% more than my original order and was billed in GBP.
By this time, the GBP was strong than the CAD.
When asked why was I billed in GBP, they say it is a law in the UK. And yet I have shopped online elsewhere in the UK and you can choose between GBP, USD and the Euro to be charged at.
In effect, they broke a contact between me and them. If I had any outstanding orders I would of cancelled them.
They bill shipping by the item even if you order 2 or more items together.
As for the web site, you search for something and it seems to search everywhere.

Dear Ed, I am sorry you are unhappy with your purchase experience. Our Pre Order terms and conditions are clear in that each order is created and sent independently when the stock is received. Whist you paid in Canadian currency, this is converted to GBP at the current exchange rate as we are a company in the UK and bill in that currency. Unfortunately the exchange rate had increased which is out of our control, and it is unfortunate that this did not go in your favor on this occasion, but if it was the other way around and the exchange rate had gone down, the charge would have gone down.
