I saw the advert for a very pretty bracelet, pay for postage only. I followed the instructions ( very easy to do). My goodness very quick delivery. The bracelet is beautiful. I'm going to give it to my daughter she will love it. Thank you for the chance to own something so beautiful.

A free pretty bracelet that looks a million bucks!, just pay postage and arrived within 3 days!! Amazing ! i cannot fault this company at all ! almost too good to be true!, but i have used them for a few years now and never had any problems ...I would definetly reccomend them !

The masks arrived very quickly. They seem to be effective, are easy to wash and dry and the little bags they come in make them easy to take with you in a bag, pocket or whatever. Very good value for money.

The Jewellery I ordered sadly would only fit a child and the second one was broken. The company dealt with my issue superbly and very quickly.

The Customer Service Advisor 'Katie' is excellent and really helpful. However, my first parcel didn't make it mainly due to royal mail. Then 2 of the items I had ordered were out of stock. I did get replacements and the jewellery way lovely quality. So I ordered again. On the second delivery one of my items wasn't as pictured and was poor quality. Katie helped me with a replacement. Katie is Jouellerie's saving grace. If it wasn't for her assistance I would not have placed another order.
