The on line platform gave a really good opportunity to learn how to structure a question. Then the in person sessions really helped to refine this further and learn how come across in an interview. I don't think I would have got my dream job without Farhan's help, and the different practising and homework opportunities.

After over 10 interviews over recent years .... I was no longer telling anyone I was going for an interview as I was now embarrassed to go back and say I didn't get the job...again. I gave up for a while - but the feeling that I could do the job would not go away - eventually I decided to give it another go, but this time I would pay for a coach. Farhan was amazing! He met with me to go through potential interview questions and a mock interview even though it was during a holiday and he had a cold at one point. With each session I got better and better. I had to put in a lot of hours of preparation. I am pleased to say I have now been offered a Band 8A from Band 6 role in the NHS. I thank God for this answer to prayer but also Farhan for his hard work and dedication. The moral of the story is never give up and hire Farhan :)

Though I have participated in many standard professional interviews I had no experience in competency based interviews. Job Interviewology provided a framework, advice and interview practice which allowed me to tackle this form of interview with confidence and success.

After a number of unsuccessful interviews and with my confidence rapidly decreasing, I knew I needed help. I knew I was technically extremely capable and well qualified but I just could not get this across during the interview. I carried out a search of coaching organisations and found Interviewology. The range of courses on offer and the support each one offered made me call Interviewology then and there. After talking to Farhan for 30 minutes and listening to his feedback, it became clear to me that I had been woefully unprepared on every occasion.

I signed up to the online coaching course and with Farhan’s support, completed the course. Shortly after completing the course and practicing the key concept of thorough preparation, I attended an interview and was offered the role. A day or two later, a senior management role was brought to my attention. I didn’t believe I would be successful but I attended an interview applying the same structure and preparation I had learned during the course.

I was offered the role immediately after the interview which I’m delighted to say, I accepted.

It’s highly unlikely I would have performed well at the interview without Interviewology’s coaching. It taught me to prepare thoroughly and appropriately for interview and I felt confident enough to bring out my personality and engage with the panel.
