I contacted Farhan 3 days away from a civil service SCS1 interview. I wanted to check my style and delivery and do a mock interview, with someone completely independent. He was great - he quickly found slots over the next 2 days and gave me useful coaching points (e.g. on pace, tone, structure) and we did a mock interview. The next day I formally interviewed, and the day after I was offered the job! I really do credit Farhan with helping me fine-tune my approach to the interview. Next time I apply for a job I'll be getting in touch with him earlier in the process...!!

I have used Farhan's services on two separate occasions over a period of 5 years. Both were for senior positions that required a presentation and both I was successful with. And he can tailor to your needs, such as focusing on areas that you think you need more focus .It’s really changed my mind on how I approach interviews as well as how I prep and how I ensure I’m rarely put on the spot and also taking back control for interviews which is really important if you haven’t interviewed for a long time. I discovered Interviewology through TikTok and found the content practical, relevant, and UK focused so I reached out about one to one mentoring.
The programme started with a detailed initial call to understand my goals and what I needed support with. From there, I worked through a structured online syllabus alongside personalised one to one mentoring sessions where we practised applying the material in a practical way. The combination of self paced learning and tailored coaching worked extremely well.

What I particularly valued was the honest and direct feedback. It was sometimes challenging to hear, but it genuinely made me better and more confident. The support also felt very personal. Even outside the scheduled sessions, I was always able to ask questions and received helpful follow up.

Another huge benefit is that I now have lifetime access to the course materials, which I know I will continue to use. Farhan was amazing. As someone who had never done a real interview I was worried about performing well and Farhan did a lot to clear up those concerns. First we had a free consultation where we ran through what I needed help with and how we could address that, we then booked a 1 hr answer building session where Farhan really taught me how to structure my interview answers clearly, he also provided lots of examples. Overall, I gained a lot of value from this experience and it was a big reason I landed the role I was applying to. Farhan helped me prepare more expansive answers to questions they would likely ask in my interview.
