This company are brilliant, they sorted me right out massive shout out to Jake at the Sidcup branch, he’s customer service was impeccable. Would definitely go out my way to suggest these to everyone.

Awful customer service. One of the item boxes arrived damaged and taped, and parts were missing. I contacted customer service and was told that replacement parts would be arranged. After months and several communications, nothing has arrived. We have had to stop the project and wait for the parts. JJ Roofing didn’t even apologise from beginning to end! All customer service did was simply forward my emails to their supplier’s customer service and then forward their replies back to me. Completely wasting of time and money. I can’t believe a company like this is still in business.

I recently bought roofing tiles and ridges from JJ Roofing and had a great experience. Jamie was extremely helpful throughout the process — knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure I got exactly what I needed. The service was top-notch and everything went smoothly from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend JJ Roofing and especially Jamie for anyone needing roofing materials.

I ordered some Corolux plastic sheeting from JJ Roofing Supplies. They were a competitive price and they promised a 3-5 day delivery service. That was on the 7th November. I had planned to use the plastic this weekend but it hasn't turned up and I have no idea when it will. I rang on Friday to chase but they don't seem to have any idea when it will arrive. Very disappointing :-(

Excellent service provided and only company who stocked the size we were after. Quick delivery and the chimney hats fit perfectly and look great. A huge thank you to the Sidcup and Cricklewood branches who both managed to sort it all out for us!

JJ Roofing has always been very good however it was an absolute pleasure dealing Helen Walsh. Shes swicthed in, calls you back as promised and handled my order without any hassle to me. Highly recommend

Like you walk through a prison just to sign in.

Barcodes beepin’ — no reply,
Receipt slide over, cold and dry.
You say, “Bless up,” they stare right through,
Like you owe them money for smiling too.

But walk to the back, where the warehouse hum,
Forklift rollin’, bassline drum.
There you find a man wid a little more sun,
He say, “Easy boss, we’ll get it done.”

So I take my felt and I take my slate,
But I leave that moody till-gate late.
Next time I roll through Cricklewood way,
I’ll head straight to the back — where the vibes still play

Great service provided. I actually ordered the wrong width of coping stone by mistake. Contacted straight away after I had realised and JJ halted the ordered amended with no problem what's so ever and had the coping stones delivered on site not affecting the works progress.
