well packaged and speedy delivery

Excellent! I ordered the Mac mini M4 expecting a long processing wait as the price was so competitive, but just 2 or 3 days it arrived in an almost bomb proof recyclable box. This is the first time I have used this company but I am sure it won't be the last.

Used to get excellent service from…

Used to get excellent service from Jigsaw (and still do from my contact there). But their new fulfilment company (DPD) has twice messed up my deliveries. Incomplete address, no customs notifications, resulting weeks of delays in receiving the goods. Completely lost confidence in the process as a result.
