I was so impressed with this company and the repairs they completed on my links of London sweetie bracelet and sweetie ring. From the moment my order was sent the communication from the company was brilliant. I was so sad when both items broke as Links of London is now in administration but the Jewellery Doctor has completed revived my items. Amazing work they do. I feel they are trust worthy. Also such a reassurance that you can pay to have the items returned to you via special delivery so it's insured. I have recommended to friends and family! A* service

A difficult repair carried out quickly an sent both ways safely. Price was very reasonable & a lot less than the 'High Street'.

Replaced 2 stones in 2 separate rings and resized another. The whole process was so easy and straightforward,they told me everything that was happening. Rings came back looking brand new, they were my mum's so old,seriously considering sending my own engagement and wedding rings to be cleaned! I am hoping they can repair 2 old chains next.
Prices were good and thourghly explained.

Fantastic service! I recently broke my engagement ring - literally knocked the stone out of it - and while it's not a very expensive ring, it has huge sentimental value to me. I tried taking it to high street jewellers and they told me it was not possible to mend. The Jewellery Doctor has nevertheless mended it, against the odds :) And sent the ring back looking better than it has looked for years. I was initially nervous about posting my ring off but I was kept updated at every stage of the process and everything worked perfectly. Price was very reasonable now. Thoroughly recommend!

I found the Jewellery Doctor service to be so efficient. I initially emailed an enquiry and received a personal response very quickly. They made the whole process of sending the jewellery to them very easy and did an absolutely fantastic job of cleaning my Mum’s necklace, which was bought for her by my late father. It had tarnished, we think, from hairspray and had tried literally everything to clean it. By the time we’d finished we just seemed to have made it worse, but Jewellery Doctor sent it back looking as good as new. To say Mum was thrilled is an understatement. Thank you Jewellery Doctor!

I was a little skeptical at first about an exclusively online service but I checked out the reviews beforehand and decided to give Jewellery Doctor a go. I needed to resize my 18k white gold wedding and engagement rings by downsizing from size M to size J. I sent my rings off in the prepaid envelope that they send me and the quote they give me was a third of the price of a well known high street jewellers. I took the plunge and I’m so glad I did - my rings came back perfectly sized, cleaned and re-plated - they look good as new! I highly recommend this company.
