Jet2 Ground Staff and Air Crew are excellent. Well organised and helpful.
Palmyra Hotel is lovely having stayed there last year (we booked independently). Lovely rooms and new pool area added this year. Very comfortable beds. Spotlessly clean.

Great accommodation, clean, bright and roomy with a good outlook.
The hotel team were highly professional and supportive.

Jet2 was fine all the way and return. Shame about the shocking hotel

Jet were fine , the rooms were clean although a bit tired . The lift wasn’t working so had to dodge cleaners everyday to access lifts at other end of building which wasn’t easy with a push chair. Only one exit, entrance to hotel after 6 pm ., due to maintenance. Arrived in the dark and the walk to let’s was unlit and felt unsafe especially having never been before. The swimming pools were good for kids, the restaurants were a free for all kids everywhere and to get your food without bumping into them was a minor miracle . Got the impression some parents didn’t see their kids all day , some from a young age . Spanish airports were great (Palma) Edinburgh on the other hand was ridiculous, sat on plane for 15 mins on a bus for 10 minutes and then still had to walk about 1 mile to get to customs where the queueing system is wrong especially if you’ve just carried a toddler for a mile. The baggage handling is terrible only one carousel for at least 2 planes , only 2 at international arrivals been like that forever even though the airport has never been busier . Feels like they know you have no choice but put up with it

Absolutely amazing experience! First time booking with Jet 2 and couldn't fault it at all. From arriving at the airport we were welcomed immediately and supported to use the self check in for our suitcases. There were no queues at all for Jet 2 check in, however we noticed other companies had long queues. There was also staff members throughout each stage of the airport providing information on the next steps. Transfers were also fantastic and very helpful. Will definitely be using Jet 2 for future holidays.

Jet 2 are a brilliant company all lovely helpful staff from booking your holiday to flying with them wouldn’t fly with anyone else nothing beats a jet 2 holiday 😊✈️

Quick bag drop off on outward trip and hotel bag drop on return trip made things easier

Excellent break 3nts I did try to extend but the accomodation wasn't available. Well organized, quick transfer, lovely accomodation. Return transfer quick effection.

Amazing holiday!
Kids had the best time.
Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
Only thing I would say is the children's pool could do with the floor redoing. Few scrapes and cuts on the kids feet! But other then that not a bad thing to say.
Room was excellent and clean.
We will defiantly be returning

Fantastic location!! spotlessly clean hotel,friendly staff and smooth transfer to Verona airport.

Bruskos Hotel was modern and well equipped.Helpful staff.
Area is quite but a little run down.
Tread carefully when using makeshift steep slope or steps to access the beach.

Special assistance was made very special at both Glasgow & Dalaman airports. Cabin crew looked after us well, flights were on time although delay on the return journey but through no fault of Jet 2

From Birmingham to Tenerife... the holiday itself was amazing at a 4 star hotel (paradise park Fun Lifestyle Hotel)

The plane journeys were stressful with the amount of people wanting to stretch their legs and walking around and on top of that I have an autistic child who also has anxiety so thought it would be a good idea to have travel assistance who did not help one bit.

Really enjoyed my holiday weekend were there for 4 days before we had an emergency at home and jet2 got us on the next flight home,and we received our costs of the holiday back, so I can ofully recommend Jet2 for future holiday for us and one we tell about our holiday. Back to the holiday it was in a great location with sea views and lovely room with great food only wished we could of stayed for the full 10 days and we are hopefully going back next year

Service on flights from cabin crew was excellent, hotel was very pleasant although food was a little disappointing and we had a two hour wait at Naples airport sat on a bus waiting for passengers to clear passport control. Overall our holiday experience was very good with the exception of the two things mentioned. We are currently in the process of booking to travel with you again in November

Holiday was fine but the rep at the airport in Spain was sadly lacking in communication skills. I ended up on the wrong transfer bus and from there the reps were clueless as to what to do. I ended up googling the journey by several trains whilst lugging a heavy suitcase in sweltering heat. Very unprofessional

Since our first Jet2 holiday we wouldn't choose anyone else. Happy and helpful staff and plenty of them, quality accommodation.

Flights on time, hotel lovely and great location

On the 4th day of my holiday in Turkey, I had the misfortune to slip down some steps at the hotel. A trip to the hospital in Fethiye and subsequent CT scan showed that I had broken my foot in 3 places. From then on, I was limited to staying in my room as I was immobile. The Jet2 rep, Gayle, visited me every day to see how I was coping. I was blown away by her concern and kindness. Please convey my sincere thanks to her for all she did for me.
