Food was amazing at the hotel. Easy to get sunbeds and plenty to do. Great location from Rhodes old town etc. We were delayed going out which was the only real issue.

One of the racist services ever ! Just look at the instagram what they did recently . Also, I’ve had a very bad experience from them missing flight half of the stuff doesn’t have no clue and acting like they’re all racist.

Brilliant staff brilliant location

Terrible,
Food was lukewarm, thank god I didn't pay all inclusive.
Toilet got blocked with the bat flooded and excrement coming up through the shower grid.
Workmen working on a apartment and dust coming over the pool and snack bar.
Air con directly blowing over my side over the bed, (like a fridge) but switch it off and too hot, no situation.
Like a care home, doesn't suit under 30.
Not been away for 9 years never again with that Hotel. Chain, Boutique or not. Very dissatisfied.

Holiday itself was lovely. But I found the flights to be very uncomfortable and both were delayed so you were sitting in them for a good 4.5-5+ hours.

Turkey was amazing though

Jet 2 flights were excellent as usual. Private transfer dropped at wrong hotel. The actual hotel eftialia sol is lovely HOWEVER the all inclusive ultra is total lie. Bars sell beer wine no spirits around the pool and close at 1600. Food was ok but was like walking in a Butlins restaurant.....not the best.

Great company i have neber had any problems with this company even with people that need help.

First of all the hotel was very clean, if you drink beer then your ok but once you got a spirit and a mixer it was flat, the drinks were horrible, the food was horrible as well, as for the staff there was a barman marco who was very rude and not nice at all, definitely not 4 star, would never go back.

The holiday we had to Samos was very, very reasonably priced. The hotel and the staff were great. We only saw the Jet 2 staff at the airport but they were cheerful and helpful. The flight was delayed but there is nothing anyone can do about that. Overall, everything was lovely.

everything was brilliant right from the start from checking bags at leeds to coming home jet 2 staff brilliant couldn't fault a thing.

Good holiday fun time

The Jet 2 staff were amazing and super helpful. The location of our hotel was perfect however the hotel was a little underwhelming. For example the breakfast options were limited and hotel room had an issue with biting ants. Would recommend the sorrento area to everyone as so much to do

Tenerife was a nice place. Airport a nightmare. Hotel was beautiful and the staff were friendly and helpful. The food in the hotel wasn't bad but they didn't cater for people who are gluten free, so that was really really difficult. Had to end eating out a few times after paying all inclusive. But all in all we had a good time.

Great hotel, brilliant staff and lovely food - the location was the problem, we didn't realise Playa de Palma was the German version of Magaluf.

Fabulous holiday in the beautiful city of Florence Italy.

Once again was not offered price reduction vouchers on disembarking plane. As the wife had assistance I was too busy to ask for them.this isn't first time this had happened probably not last time . disappointed

Arrived to be put in a room with no hot water or air conditioning, The shower head flooded the place when on the water was hitting the ceiling. The apartment was to far out and at the top of a steep hill, was a minibus on through the day which was ok. They were no cleaning of the rooms and no fresh bed sheets even after 10 days of being there. The halls were dirty. 3 lifts but only 1 working so took time leaving the apartment and coming home as had to queue. Glass found in the kids pool and was at the entrance on the steps for 5 days. Never would I stay here again. Ok for stag and hen party’s but not for family’s.

Booked via telephone call and was so easy and well handled, booking in on line simple, check in with boarding pass was easy and quick, flight had slight delay but was very relaxing, check in coming home was fairly quick but also easy even though the plane had been altered.
