The measurements of the house we bought were out by a metre in some rooms. The details were sloppy and very few photos were available. Access was limited. We were asked why we need all these visits? The answer was because I couldn't trust anything Knights told me.

They keep you up to date with all processes and their maintenance team (especially Amanda) is second to none!

Good estate agent but you have to follow things by yourself on a regular basis.
After contract exchange, was not interested to follow any issues, just sign posting to contact the solicitors which was disappointing.
